Luckily there was a car in the bay before me so I got to watch how this one worked. The entire machines moves from the front to the back of the car. You can see in the video that the soap was dispensing unevenly. The middle spinner on top wasn't spraying any water out of 3 of the 4 arms (not sure what to call it). Not sure if any on the right side weren't fully spraying water. Left side seemed to be working fine. I chose the Deluxe Wash $12. The dryers seemed powerful but I still had soap on my right side mirror when I left. I do like that this machine gets the wheels a bit cleaner than the other place but I never drive off with soap still on my car at the other one. Pros and cons to each place I guess. The only way to get your car 100% completely clean is to have someone detail or hand wash it yourself. It's way too hot during summer for that though. This will suffice if you're just needing a quick rinse.

It is older, not as shiny or flashy however at the end of the day one asks IS YOUR CAR CLEAN. Just recently they were acquired by the Circle K Corp and I thought is this going be a profound improvement or the end of the road of them. However HONESTLY, I MUST SAY THEY IT IS A POSITIVE. MORE LOCATIONS FROM Tucson, Phoenix, Flagstaff to many others so any time I am out and about picking up road grime there is a clean freak nearby which IS A BIG PLUS AND BONUS I have discovered esp. during the change of season, monsoons, snow, dust storms etc. Recently I was having some challenges with my credit card being accepted at CFCW and that is because like everyone else we are seeing an explosion of credit card fraud. So to fix it I went it to see my CFCW manager who IS RAY AND HE WAS GREAT!! EXCEEDED BY EXPECTATION. FRIENDLY, OPEN, ENGAGING, & VERY CUSTOMER MINDED which again did not match with what I was expectation. RAY asked a ton of questions to find all my records, went through all my credit card charges, noted that I was being charged various fees for both of my cars (One for me & the other for my daughter) and over 3-4 days we got it all figuredd out. KEEP IN MIND HE IS ALSO WORKING MULTIPLE SHIFTS as one of the CFCW staff too, doing inspections, maintenance and literally working his tail off too while investigating my issue. He is not in some cushy office watching his TEAMWORK. He is part of the TEAM and a very close and important COG of that team. By Day 4; I caught up with RAY on his opening Saturday Schedule and in-between a busy Saturday at CFCW we found time to get into his office in front of his MEMBERSHIP DATA SCREEN & FIGURED all the varying fees, multiple entries out along with why my daughters car could not get thru the admission pay portal in her CFCW in East Phoenix AT THE END OF THE DAY RAY DID A GREAT JOB, HIS TEAM DOES A GREAT JOB AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER OF CLEAN FREAK CAR WASH. I do Salem when some heavy-duty grime has hit the car, and it definitely got the job done! They have I believe 4 Bays available to wash, and most vehicles spend no more than 5-10 mins so the wait isn't so bad. The nice thing is the bay takes a credit card, but be advised to monitor your time as you're doing each item, as it will continue to roll and charge after the base time provided. It's pretty straightforward if you've ever used one before. Make sure to actually switch & push stop and cancel on the dial when done. For this recent trip, I spent about $5 & yes, I managed to scrub off all of the bugs in the front and hit on some other areas that the typical car wash misses (unlimited wash one). When I'm done, I didn't stress too much about cleaning the interior or drying it down and just drive it over to the unlimited place and let them deal with it when I have time. The location is important to me and one of the few that offers/has a "touch" approach to cleaning the car at a very low price.
