Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

We had a laundromat about 2 mins away but saw that space was limited and the majority of the dryers were not working. We drove up the road a little bit and decided to give Laundry Depot a try as an alternative option. Noticeably, the parking lot and inside was much bigger than the other place we visited. The inside was clean and well kept along with several washers and dryers in working condition! I hope we are able to get our home outlet working, but if not, I'll gladly continue to keep coming here. Parking is no issue because they have a large lot. I felt very safe there as a young woman during the day. Fairly expensive to wash in my opinion, around $9 a load. Not sure if she was the owner or managed it, but if I rated just her service I would give 5 stars. But facility needs some attention and updates- machines were worn out and not surprised by my experience. She responded within 20 minutes, was very kind and apologetic but it was an inconvenience and delayed my Saturday plans waiting and then having to move soaked items to new machine, make sure it was working etc.

Most places charge $3.49 per pound and up.. They also don't charge for detergent, colored bleach, bleach, softener and dryer sheets. Which is AWESOME Because, most places charge extra.. Today there were machines marked out of order, one machine was noted that there was no hot water. There were towels on the floor around one washer, from the day before. None of my loads dried completely even using high heat. The folding table needs to be replaced - tha tape covering the edge was peeling, pulling away. Arriving even before the -wonderful!- attendant, the air was barely stirring. It came on, but in spite of it raining outside, both front and back doors were propped open. It was humid, hot, and smelled of cigarettes from the outdoor smoking. It's too bad. I'm looking for a more modern and classier place to go.
