It was such a small request that would have cost the business nothing, yet it was handled as if I were asking for something unreasonable. Little acts of customer service go a long way, especially in a business where customers are already paying premium prices. While the clean facility and amenities are appreciated, the lack of basic courtesy left a disappointing impression. The male owner came in was well aware of the situation and cared more about trying to prove me wrong VS ownership and accountability of what happened. I was adding my laundry in the the washer when this employee came over next to me and hit me in the knee with her arm then said "sorry" and started laughing like a hysterical hyena. She never asked if I was okay. I said... actually that's not okay and why are you laughing? I have a bad knee and.... She started screaming at the top of her lungs I said I was sorry. She was screaming so loud I had to bust out my video camera and she immediately stopped yelling.
