Hi, I wanted to…read moreextend a special thank you to Jessie and Riley at your Old Bridge, NJ location for providing such outstanding customer service. They are always so friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. During our last visit, my 9-year-old daughter had lots of questions about your delicious cakes, and Jessie and Riley took the time to answer each one with patience and enthusiasm. They made her feel so special, and it truly made our visit memorable. Because of experiences like that, my daughter is always asking me to take her back! We both love everything about your restaurant--from the amazing food and desserts to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Employees like Jessie and Riley are a big part of why we keep coming back. Please pass along our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service they provide. They are wonderful representatives of your team! Warmly, Angela & Melissa L.

This place is so good. I would like to apologize ahead of time for not capturing pictures of the…read morepastries before eating them , but they are always so amazing. Today we came here after our daughter's graduation from preschool to let her pick out a pastry for herself. This spot is great to try out new things that you otherwise wouldn't have tried. I had a croissant a few months ago that usually is a mini croissant filled with some type of lemon custard cream with strawberries on it. It's usually in the display with the savory foods (sandwiches etc). Whatever that lemon custard cream is that they use in those is so good but those croissants are so small. I asked someone at the front if they could help me with finding something else that uses the same lemon custard and she showed me a few options. So happy I picked that purple donut pictured, it was so delicious. I highly recommend anything with that lemon custard in it. It reminds me of this lemon cream cheese icing my mother used to make for lemon cake and it is so good, but this was 10x better. All of the fruit on the pastries is always perfect. The best strawberry and blueberry quality and ripeness you could ask for (not tart at all). The employees are super kind, I feel like I'm always super self conscious going here because we always decide last second before I get ready for the day and I'm always ready to be judged by everyone I encounter for how I look , but everyone has always been super sweet here and always interacts with our daughter as well and makes it a fun experience for her. So refreshing to encounter kind people in NJ. As for everything else, I'm more of an espresso/super strong coffee person, and I usually prefer getting coffee across the parking lot at Gregory's and then eating Paris baguette's pastries with it. Paris baguette's coffee is maybe like a 7 in my personal opinion. Still an amazing spot though. I haven't tried their baguettes, and I know that's the entire point of this spot, but wow, their pastries are enough to never try anything else .

While I didn't stay to get work done, the space had plenty of tables, confirmed wifi, was beautiful and bright, incredibly clean and a place I would love to sit and work for a bit. The barista that took my order was kind and offered suggestions and I eneded up getting the hazelnut latte from the protein menu. Delicious! And a good way to mix up my usual iced oat milk latte. The protein portion, I learned, comes from the cold foam, which was so tasty and mixed in well to the rest of the drink. Definitley something to try. This location has a big parking area and a drive through, so really its just as convenient as it gets. Gregorys has always felt like one of those chains that doesn't actually feel like a chain. Great visit and I'm happy to know they are here when I am in the area and in need of a pick me up.

It's either with meat or vegan. They need some egg options. I did come here on a rainy Saturday two weeks ago and the drive thru took a while! I wasn't expecting that before ordering but I guess it's a popular place in the area especially since it's conveniently located.

Lots of other restaurants nearby.. lots of parking outside . Wasn't that crowded when I went . Service was ok and quick. I ordered through the digital kiosk and it was easy to order . Got ice cream with donut and they picked it in a plastic sandwich box pressing the whole scoop of ice cream down . When I opened the box , half ice cream was stuck in the plastic lid . Wish they had better packaging ! Ambience was ok .. Donuts were good . About 3$ for a donut , cheaper than aKrispy Kreme and tim hortons , but the quality wasn't as good as Tim Hortons ! The donuts were toooo sugary on the top. They almost had a thick layer of sugar and it gets stuck to the box if you pack it . It was a bit dry when I ate it at home .. donut ice cream was fantastic though. Ate it right then and it tasted like heaven. Was an average experience , especially the donuts being dry ! Wish it was soft .. 3 stars

I have to update my review of this Starbucks location. There…read moreare three issues I must point out for Starbucks regulars who are planing to use this location, to keep in mind before making purchase. 1. On 11/26/2022, the cheese danish was listed $3.45/pc through display window, however, it was charged $3.65/pc. And when I called out the discrepancy, cashier said the difference was the tax (she apparently was not looking at her screen, because it clearly said item $3.65, tax $0.00) Therefore I wasn't satisfied or convinced with her answer. I pointed out to her, that banana loaf or pumpkin bread is $3.65/pc, but cheese danish is $3.45/pc. Instead of servicing customers and compensate customer the difference, and fix the technical issue after (either update computer to sync with price tag, or correct the price tag in the display window to avoid further issue), the cashier said there's nothing she can do, whatever it's in the computer it's whatever charged. *It seems there's no station manager in the store, or higher management, to take care of service issue. 2. The cheese danish was ordered warmed up, but when I open the paper bag, the cheese top was dirty (seemed like the warmed up machine needed to be cleaned) because I would hate to believe it was dirty before it was delivered to the location when it's still in the plastic bag. 3. There is a sign at the wall "Redeem Rewards Here", however, when last few times of transaction didn't count on my Starbucks App, I called Starbucks customer service, to honor my purchase towards my reward. Starbucks customer service was nice enough to honer my purchase and to give stars, but informed me that this Starbucks locates in ACME was not participating Starbucks Reward program. As much as I want one Starbucks close by, I must point this out to friends who plays Starbucks challenge to be mindful when selecting your Starbucks for your purchase. There are another Starbucks about 2min drive at south, and another one 5min drive at north, and they both much better than this one. I am sorry for my previous review few months ago. I was hoping for this location to work.

I highly recommend making a reservation or arriving early like we did--we were seated quickly. Our server, Brianna, was amazing--super attentive and incredibly helpful when it came to navigating the menu. She really made the experience even better. I'm a big fan of Kona coffee, and Turning Point offers it French pressed, which was a huge win for me. It easily serves two, maybe even three cups, and the flavor is outstanding. They also offer other French press flavor options, which is a nice touch. While Kona isn't available by the cup, they do have a house blend, other brews, and a great selection of specialty drinks. The menu is extensive, and honestly, everything sounded delicious--it was hard to choose! We ordered: * Western Omelet with ham, peppers, onions, and cheddar jack (I added spinach), served with wheat toast * The famous Wilbur Skillet -- potatoes topped with crushed bacon, avocado, diced tomato, jack cheese, and two eggs over easy (you can customize how the eggs are cooked), plus an English muffin * Hot cinnamon rolls for the table, topped with warm, sweet cream cheese frosting that they pour right in front of you. Absolutely irresistible--I could not stop eating them! I can't wait to come back and try more items from their menu. Highly recommend!
