My husband was discriminated against here today by the lady who works in there. Getting treated with disrespect from someone who's a person of color is diabolical to me. Don't have to be so rude and nasty to people just because of your views on certain people. My husband is also a working man, so it's not like he doesn't have a job or wasn't in uniform. She made him pay for his food before he got it then had the nerve to almost throw his bag at him like she didn't want to touch him. Everyone else who was white in front of him was treated better and didn't have to pay until they received their items. This is simply not a good Dunkin' Donuts. This is close to my home so I have been here more than several times, and I have decided to go a little out of my way to not go back to this one. Service is painfully slow, my order is often wrong, staff is rude and even management was less than accommodating when I pointed out that my "hot" coffee wasn't even luke warm. Also, coffee never tastes the same twice, sometimes almost no pumps of flavor, other times, too much, once cup was only 2/3 filled! Quality control is lacking. The workers here are extremely immature and rude. I was asking the lady taking my order to please cut the syrup on my iced coffee. She acted as if she didn't understand. So when I got to the window I asked her if the syrup was cut in half. Her response was a snappy, "You asked for half syrup so that's what I put!" Order on Uber eats. Bagels were AT LEAST a week or more old. Extremely stale and almost inedible. Could barley bite through and they were not toasted. Little to no cream cheese spread on bagels. Staff is always very affable, and the drinks are always made spot on. They often have their own drinks specials, which is great. My only complaint to management about this location is a very weak Wi-Fi signal in the dining area, which is why I stopped working from this location (I work remotely 2-3 times a week). I go here every single day.. sometimes twice a day! This is the best dunkin. They are 24 hours, theyre always quick and they're always pleasant! This morning there was a line of about 5 cars for the drive thru, they got through the whole line in under 5 mins. So even if you see a line, dont be intimidated, they can handle it. this is probably the dunkin' donuts i go to the most and definitely the best in old bridge. their any size iced coffee for $2 deal is such a win-win. the staff is really chill & down to earth. though, from the amount of times i come there they don't always get my order right unless i order on the go. when it comes to preparing food and drinks they're always diligent and try to perfect if as much as possible. however, i realized that they sort of rush the on the go orders mainly because they try to get them out of the way as soon as possible. plus, the location is really really REALLY convenient for a student athlete like me. it's right near a middle school and a football field so their customers are usually middle schoolers or student athletes walking down from lombardi field. also, it's like a good 3 minute drive from the high school so it's always a craze in the morning before school starts because of the exorbitant amount of teachers & students awaiting for their morning caffeine. might i add, it's right across the library so if you want a sweet delight to with your book or some caffeine to boost your brain power, you're in the right dunkin'. well anyway, not really anything to complain about this fast food chain. pretty darn good location, pretty darn good food. end of debate. read more
