Gave me a very fair price (I'm pretty sure the lowest amongst 7 estimates). The work was not necessarily urgent and he scheduled to come out again later in the week. He was supposed to come out earlier in the morning, but must have gotten delayed with other work. He kept me in the loop at all times.
