Chase Pirez, owner of Scotts Artificial Grass, was incredible and you will understand this as you will get superior service from him! He answers phone calls immediately, quickly texts replies to answer your questions, shows up when he says he will be there. He is knowledgeable about his product and service and answers questions to your satisfaction. A pleasure, real pleasure, working with him. We had a small area by our fountain where we wanted pet artificial grass put in due to the inability to keep plants growing. I wanted to talk to Chase about the possibility of tapping into a water pipe by the rose garden above the fountain so that he could connect a line to the fountain from the drip line (that waters the roses) so that I would not have to fill the fountain every day. He was open to the possibility. When he brought back his workers they came up with a creative solution and now my fountain will be filled with water daily and I won't be out doing it! The quality of pet grass that he offers was superior to even some of the high end companies that I received samples from. His quote for the job was competitive and more reasonable. My area was small, and most artificial grass companies did not want to bother with me and said, if they did, I would have to wait a long time for service. Scotts Artificial grass had the job completed within a week of my first phone call with Chase, and it is incredibly beautiful. DocuSign, an easy computer program, was emailed to me and my deal was finalized with a few computer signatures and initials. From start to finish the process was easy and effortless. Over the period of a month we made several revisions to our project. On each occasion Billie made the revisions and gave new pricing for the project. After meeting with three competitors and making an abundance of changes, we finally signed with Billie and Rock N Block because they were the most responsive and had the best understanding of our vision. At the end of May, Pablo, our project manager, and his crew began our project. Billie checked in on our progress twice during the installation, which impressed me because sales reps are usually never seen after the contract is signed. As the project progressed, Pablo and his crew were very responsive in listening to our changes to ensure our vision came to life. His crew members Moises and Juan did a fantastic job installing the turf with a natural edge where the turf and stone meet! Rock N Block, Billie, Pablo and his crew met and exceeded our expectations! I know this because we have received several compliments from our neighbors, and many have asked for Rock N Block and Billie's information.
