I traveled from out of the area for a treatment package at their previous location near the end of 2024. During one appointment, the office was short-staffed and I never received the laser treatment that was included in my package. Shortly afterward, that location closed, so the service was never provided. When I reached out to resolve it, I was told I could receive the treatment at their new location, which is significantly farther away for me. Since the missed service resulted from staffing issues on their end, it felt unfair that all the inconvenience and extra travel would fall on me. That said, I did like the doctor and felt the office was generally professional and personable throughout the process, which is why I hoped the situation would be handled differently. I have suffered from neck pains and migraine headaches, tension headaches you name it for years Have tried a bunch of medication and therapies prescribed by neurologist. I first came in for my initial visit a few weeks ago to take advantage of the new patient first visit promotion they had going on. I have to admit I really like the simplicity of the process to get you registered with them. They offer similar pricing in comparison to other chiropractic practices except that they do have great customer service and these great water bed powered by Jets that provide a really nice experience to the end of your visit. Dr Chew is an amazing chiropractor. I had several back surgeries as a child and most chiropractors don't know what to do with me or seem afraid to work on me. Not Dr Chew! My first visit with Dr. Chew involved a thorough discussion of my health history and concerns and an adjustment. She worked with me to get my body realigned and reduce my chronic pain. She discovered that some of my ongoing issues were related to my very tight hip flexors. Let me say no one can release hip flexors like Dr Chew. Went as a walk in about 2 weeks ago desperately needing some help as far as an adjustment. I was persuaded to come in with specials and offers I saw online but as soon as I walked in was told by a young woman that I needed to make an appointment. Totally cool, but then why does it say walk ins welcomed. Then on the other hand I wrote down my info on a piece of paper after the young woman decided to help someone else as I was speaking to her and never recieved a call, email, text or anything.
