I came to see Dr.Cuevas after having multiple appointments with different specialist from my primary Dr. , neurologist ,pain management , rheumatologist , sad to say I was misdiagnosed for over 4 years with fibromyalgia and my pain in my lower back and leg just got worse. I came to this clinic because I was concerned about my hips and Dr. Cuevas has been wonderful since the beginning he did find the cause of my pain in my hips/lower back. As well with x-rays he found I had terrible stomach problems which caused me a lot of pain he prescribed 2 medication for me which has helped me tremendously just in the end I had to see my primary care Dr ,as I still had pain, who diagnosed me with gallstones that I need surgery to remove. Very nice person, but the therapies he gave me were not useful, my lower back pain is still there, since the first day I got a therapy but after 5 sessions I did not feel any improvement, the last day he got an x-ray, (because of my request) then I thought "why this was not done at the beggining" anyway prices are pretty affordable, but if you don't feel better is not worth it. Dr. Cuevas has been God sent to us, and cured our 10 year old son from pain he had endured for months! Over the past several months our son had been going thru severe pain every time he urinated. After many visits to the ER and several doctors giving misdiagnosis we ended up at CHLA and he's been diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
