When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off.
