There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.

They made them look almost brand new, and I was genuinely impressed with their work in those areas. The reason I'm giving three stars is that I originally booked three hours of deep cleaning, but the job ended up taking a total of six hours. Since the service time doubled, I expected the entire apartment to be thoroughly and professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, some areas were missed, including the insides and lower exterior surfaces of the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen and living room walls and baseboards, and the front entry door. In addition, after walking around the apartment in clean socks, my socks turned black, suggesting that the floors were not mopped thoroughly. As a result, my husband and I spent another two hours cleaning the kitchen and living room ourselves. I contacted the manager and requested a refund equivalent to one hour of service. He agreed to refund 30 minutes, explaining that the bathrooms were exceptionally dirty and required much more time than expected. While I understand that the bathrooms took extra effort, I still believe that spending six hours cleaning a completely empty 1,044-square-foot apartment should have resulted in a more complete and professional deep cleaning. Overall, the team did outstanding work on the bathrooms, but the quality of the cleaning in the rest of the apartment did not meet my expectations.

They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. Tried to be slick and said "I have a section 8 inspection" in efforts to insult me and so he's not interested all of a sudden. I don't live in section 8, not that there's anything wrong with living in it. You can read how the convo went downhill from there to me being a bit rude back myself, but he actually had the audacity to tell me, "your info is with Home Advisor , Don't worry" Wow. So what was that supposed to mean? I waited until I moved to write this review as a precaution as I am a mother- because let's say he does have my information: it would only be my name and old address he would have access to. Most UNPROFESSIONAL and THREATENING company I've ever encountered to date. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. FAR FAR FROM HERE

I also clarified that I was not looking to add any new wax, gloss, seal, or coating -- only to remove the buildup and return the floor as close as possible to its natural clean finish. The issue for me was the tone of his response and the lack of follow-through afterward. He stated that the floor should not have been sealed or coated, which may be true, but the way he said it came across as judgmental and dismissive rather than helpful or solution-oriented. It felt less like guidance from a professional and more like I was being scolded for the condition of the floor. After I provided the requested photos and details, I never received a clear recommendation, final quote, or follow-up.
