If you want to waste your time, this is the place for you! Nothing is ever in stock. Do they even stock cleats, or is their wall display of cleats just for decoration? Oh and be prepared to be ignored. It'll take 20-25 mins on average to be acknowledged, just so they can go to the back for another 10 mins and come out to tell you it's out of stock. They don't answer their phone and if they do and it's the woman that works there, be prepared to be debated about any question or complaint. I am all for small businesses but this one in not recommended. They mess up uniforms left and right. Never got a correct uniform kit in 6 years. The sample jerseys they bring out to their fitting events are nowhere near the ones you actually get bc they are sized completely different. Sadly, that's where most of our local soccer clubs order from so my hands are tied. It's a shame bc it could be a goldmine. read more

Eff this place! If you order anything from this store expect it to be misplaced, messed up, sent to the wrong location, or still at the damn warehouse. You'll be calling and e-mailing a black hole to find out where your child's uniform is. When you finally get someone on the phone they will be rude, incompetent, obnoxious and they will lie about the status of your order. 4 months later when your order finally arrives it will look like a 5 year old applied duct tape to make the numbers on your jersey, sizes will be wrong and the employees won't give a shit. read more

Zero stars is generous for this place. It's not just the worst sporting goods store I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with, it's the worst store period, in any market. They are all kinds of awful. They mess up orders like it was their job. They don't answer the phone and the staff seems like they are on sedatives. Enter the store on any given day and you will see a handful of employees doing almost nothing and a handful of customers about to blow their tops as their told their order has been misplaced/sent to the wrong store/has the wrong number printed on it/is the wrong size/ won't be ready for another 2 weeks or is at the warehouse. Workers need training on customer service. Took girl 15 minutes each time she went to get cleats for us to try on. While there for 45 minutes, 3 separate customers came in with complaints. Nice selection but not worth the hassle. read more

Awful, awul, awful had same experience. We sent in our soccer team's uniforms list early July for games starting first week of September, we didn't receive them in time. Our kids looked like circus clowns with parents trying to cobble together Blue jerseys, tees with any White shorts, humiliating for the kids to say the least. And the rudeness of their phone people, there were Two women who answered the phone....the younger one really nice and helpful, but the Older one was insulting and condescending. Ordered my uniforms super late. Staff was great and helped get part of my rushed rushed so my son would not miss his first game. Went back to the store a few days later and picked up the rest of the kit. The store is amazing and has all of the latest and greatest soccer gear. Definitely the go to place for soccer gear. Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a club jacket for mg daughter's soccer team. It arrived (and although a nice Nike jacket and embroidery done well), it wasn't the same jacket as the website showed. I called and was given the warehouse manager's email. Emailed her my concern that the jacket wasn't the same as pictured. She agreed it wasn't but assured me the jacket was the official jacket for our team. (My daughter is the first one to order the jacket) I mentioned I didn't want my daughter to be the odd man out wearing the wrong jacket. She assured me it was the official jacket. A teammate after hearing I received the jacket ordered that day. She received the jacket but is different style and color and was told it's the official jacket for the Fall! I called and again reiterated my concerns of my daughter having a different jacket. Apparently they can't get any of my daughter's jackets since Nike no longer makes them so are now sending out the new style jackets! Why Would I spend $70 on an old style jacket ? Now my Daughter will be the only one on the team not matching because they will only discount at new jacket for 50% off. Such horrible business practice especially since I contacted them immediately with my concerns and was told otherwise. I should have been told the jacket was being changed and should have been able to switch for the new style. Not a way to run a business. Buyer beware as they are trying to rid themselves of old styles and neglecting to tell their paying customers differently. Worst experience with a company I have ever had. read more

Worst service ever! It's been 3 weeks and I STILL haven't gotten my order! It's been a comedy of errors dealing with them. When I got to speak to a person-- one who didn't immediately put me on hold and leave me there for 20 minutes!-- I found out that they screwed up my payment information, didn't sell one of their products anymore, and promised to ship on several different occasions but never did. Went to the Parsippany location for cleats for my daughter. No women's selection only men's and youth. Wanted to charge me $230.00 for a pair of men's cleats - I walked out. Looked online and found the same exact pair for $54.99 at Dick's. read more

If I could give this place no stars or negative stars I would. I had to wait over four months for an order for my child's soccer team. We had to borrow clothes from other players in the meantime. When I called the phone would ring for ages and no one would pick up. If you actually got someone on the phone they promised you over and over again that the order would be sent to you right away and yet it was never received. This place should not be taking orders for children's soccer teams if they cannot fill them. The customer service is horrible. Constantly lying that the order is being filled and sent out overnight (apparently their employees are trained to all give the same exact lie because I spoke with several of them and they all said the same exact thing yet magically my order never arrived over and over again) and never an apology or offer to make up for their errors by at least giving some sort of discount. read more

I have to say, this store knows their stuff and had excellent service. All of my kids play soccer, and the owner Frank was exceptionally knowledgable and extra nice to me and my kids. He helped us pick out all of our soccer gear and we also placed a huge order with him, and delivered everything on time! Everything was great!! I can't say one bad thing about this store. They know their stuff and they carry every soccer brand name known! I recommend everyone to visit this store for all your sports needs, especially if you need jerseys made! Everyone was very friendly but they really need to review their procedures for fulfilling team orders. They required we have the whole team order in by early July for the fall season. They knew we had a tournament the first weekend in September, and even with reminding and prompting, did not begin to fill the order until the week before the tournament, that is 7 weeks after requiring us to submit. While they did get the uniforms done with 16 hours to spare, the practice jerseys still are not ready. read more

I ordered my daughters uniform in Mid July and I chose the shipping option. I waited until the middle of August to email them about the status of my order. I was told that all orders will be completed within the month of August, so i expected it to be delivered within the next 10 days. Fast forward to the first week of September and I still don't have her uniform. I called the store repeatedly every single day and each time I was put on hold for at least five minutes only to be told that the extension was unavailable and that the voice mailbox was too full to leave a message. I decided to send another email which they didn't respond to. They finally picked up after putting me on hold for ten minutes and told me that they don't have the uniform in their store and that it might be in the warehouse. They said they'd call me back and they didn't. I waited two days for a phone call, and tried calling myself but nobody picked up. My daughter wasn't able to play in her first game because she didn't have a jersey. I FINALLY got them to pick up the phone today (almost two months after I ordered) and told them I'm coming to pick it up. When I got to the store, I asked for a refund for the shipping fee since i couldn't be wait longer. Nobody seemed apologetic for this inconvenience. This was by far the most unprofessional business I have ever bought from!!! I'm usually very patient and understanding, but I just felt like I was going in circles trying to get someone on the phone and waiting for someone to respond to my emails. If this happens to you, save yourself the headache and go straight to the store to deal with it because these people don't know how to answer the phone or reply to their emails read more
