I was surprised to read the terrible review written by Robyn D., and than realized it was from 10…read moreyears ago. We had a wonderful experience working with Diego. After searching the internet for "Kitchen Detailing" with various results from cleaning, reorganizing, refinishing and remodeling I finally connected with Bella Homes. My 14 year old kitchen was in need of some serious TLC. Numerous worn, scratched and water damaged spots needed to be addressed. Diego responded promptly, scheduled an appt for a look and quote. He was honest regarding scheduling and completion. He returned as promised, removed 4 doors to be refinished in his shop where he had the ability to match custom stain color and glaze. 4 days later the the job was complete. He and his helper delivered the "like new doors." They spent about 2 hours touching up, addressing and reglazing numerous problem spots on existing cabinet surfaces. Bella Homes and it's owner did an outstanding job. He was fast, reliable, professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend him to any homeowner needing his services. Here are some before and after photos.

Please don't make a mistake and hire Diego Sanchez. He has Many names for his business including…read moreBella Homes. We hired him to install a custom kitchen. The process began in February 2012 and he began to charge us monthly on work he said he was doing, still no kitchen in March, April, May,June and July. At the end of August my husband pleaded with Mr. Sanchez to move forward and he gutted our kitchen. We believed he could complete the task as he brought his wife and children to our house playing on my heart strings as a mother. Finally with threatening to reject the charges made on my credit card he brought a frame which was not level and not maple which was agreed upon. He also tore up our floor and had two men come in and lay it which took two weeks it was chipped and uneven and not level. We had an independent floor company come in where he purchased the tile and they were shocked by the way it was laid because Diego told us it was their bad tile. Floor needed to be removed and replaced this process took 2 days and cost us over $10,000. Showing he does not know what he is doing. Since we have a large family and he completely charged our card over the amount of the renovation , we pleaded and with him and in November he came with warped , poorly rough, cracking, chipping and unfinished doors. We believed in the goodness of Diego to fix and again his wife and children visited. Our Kitchen is still not complete all doors and shelves will need to be removed we will never have a chance of a beautiful kitchen and like most this was our one shot.

Siteworks - We just began a new home remodeling project in Melville, NY. The new homeowner wants a full-blown revamp. Here are some demolition images.

We knew immediately he was the right person we could trust. We started with the stone on our house and was so impressed with his work and didn't want to lose him we asked about our driveway, stoop and walkway. He expanded our driveway made the apron bigger, cleaned up our over grown bushes and was spot on with his design for the walkway and the colors he suggested, he matches up perfectly to the stone. Brian put it together went over and above never made my wife and I fell like a customer , he spent time consulting and that made the dollar amount worth every penny. In my profession I negotiate all day, with Brian he treated us fair and having him be the person we trust with our hone I didn't want to lose him, his prices were fair but the work he did was over and above what we expected. . Brian and his team added more to Our home with his suggestions and the job they delivered. Siteworks is the only company I would use and refer to our friends and family Thank you brian and the team at Siteworks llc Glenn and Lendcy Evans

While we had no issues during the process, shortly after the floor was sinking in multiple places. The contractor returned and placed a saddle in one area. Saddles were included in my contract (two separate contracts one for materials and one for labor), so we had paid for both even though they initially didn't use saddles. There was no refund given for the unused materials and work that was never done. They returned again to "lift" the kitchen subfloor. At this point they had to remove the new LVP, so they used our warranty to replace the flooring. The floor continues to sink in multiple areas. They suggested placing multiple saddles throughout my floor. They claimed the floor manufacturer said I needed them, so I don't know why I wasn't told or why it wasn't done during the initial installation. I asked when they open the floor and see the subfloor is unlevel would they do the honorable thing and return my money to me so I can have my floor repaired. I was told the subfloor is level and we are no longer discussing it. They hold no accountability. On top of all of this, they have photos of my home including personal information of where we live, personal details of our family and refuse to take it down. What customer ever wants this!? They have now blocked me on social media, and fail to communicate responsibly. All I would like is the money returned to me for the flooring that is now garbage because they have to take it apart to level underneath, the money paid to do the work that wasn't done correctly, reimbursement for what was paid out but never used. This is a major inconvenience to have to go through construction again. This has been dragged out too long, own up to your mistakes and Do the right thing. be warned and stay far away from this company.
