Diane and I recently hosted a double birthday dinner party at Trevi, and contracted with Social Booth LV to help entertain our invited guests with a free-standing LED enclosure. They and we very much enjoyed posing for pictures with others inside our rented white foam, air-filled social booth that featured a shimmering gold curtained backdrop. Several other colors are available, as well. Many birthday-oriented props were on hand to enhance photos, along with a representative from the company who explained options besides still images, like boomerang GIFS and email and SMS sharing capabilities. Andrea also made people feel comfortable and competent in using the technology, and explained to guests how to best fill the frame, operate the hands-free camera, and pose for pictures inside the booth. Company co-owner Christine was easy to work with, and the price agreed upon was fair. When I initially arrived 15 minutes before the start of the party, to my horror our free-standing enclosure was buckling and sinking, and no hired vendors were in sight. But almost immediately and concurrently all three vendors arrived on time; the large LED enclosure righted itself before the party began; and Andrea quickly emerged from behind it, relaying that she had only been making slight adjustments. The photo booth operated flawlessly from then on, and spat out clear photos with vivid colors that were dated and specially marked for the occasion. I highly recommend this company, and will not hesitate to employ its services again whenever I have a future need for a photo booth somewhere in the Las Vegas valley. read more

The photos came out horribly . No one followed up with me after my event after i expressed my disappointment with how everything turned out . The font was hard to read and overlapped the photos . They attempt to change it during my party and it still didn't work and basically was told oh well. I would not use this company whatsoever there are better companies out there . read more

Social Booth was fantastic! Christine was super responsive and accommodating to my needs just a week out from Christmas Eve. The fact that they were even available on Xmas Eve was a blessing in itself! They came in and set up at our house super fast, left us with the easy-to-use booth for a couple hours (best pricing out there, and I checked a lot), came right on time for breakdown and were out in minutes. They even waited around for my family's last-minute rush to the booth for final pics, which was an extra 10 minutes. Plus, the backdrop they provided and the ring light made our pics POP! All in all, this is a company that wants to not JUST chase the big corporate events, but help families like ours capture the moments that mean so much. Sooooo, I don't like leaving poor reviews but I feel like I should in this case to possibly save a bride from a future headache. This company was nice starting out with but unfortunately they are quite unprofessional. The day of the wedding someone texted my husband 30 minutes before our ceremony to ask for our coordinators phone number. He obviously didn't get this message. In what world is the groom available to give this info on his wedding night that should have been settled weeks before? Whatever, no biggie. The night goes fine, people are taking pictures, night ends, we think everything was awesome. Next day we get an email that the iPad that's used to take the pictures is shattered and we need to pay for it. They further insist we need to do it that day because they have other events. First off all, that's what insurance is for, our venue was very strict about every vendor carrying insurance. Secondly the iPad was fine and being used the entire night until the end, my small wedding of 50 people would have noticed if it fell down. 3rd, the entire crew working that night including my coordinator verified no one saw anything unusual AND the worker who picked up the equipment said nothing. My guess is that he accidentally broke it in transport and decided to lay blame on us. So the day after our wedding instead of relaxing, my husband had to draft an email with these points and send it off. Even our coordinator who saw the email said she had never experienced such a thing and it was wildly unprofessional and makes no sense as this is what insurance is for. Furthermore, all the digital photos from that night were all looking like it came from a 2004 Nokia phone. I would not recommend using this them and would search for a more established company. read more
