Their website says they can print anything and have it delivered as a rush. I didn't think this was true because every other print shop can't do this! I filled out the online form asking for an estimate on a Tuesday at 8:00 PM thinking "well, I guess I'll hear back tomorrow". Nope! I got a quote 10 minutes later and they say they can have it delivered to my house by Friday! How is this possible?! Wednesday morning, I email them what I need printed thinking there's just no way they can fulfill their promise. By Friday at 3:00 pm, I received the order at my doorstep. I was shocked! Surely the quality would be sub-par as nothing can be done this fast, right? Nope! I opened the box and the 250 booklets I ordered were amazing! Extremely professional looking! I couldn't believe it. Fast and Professional service…read more I took my DS Lites here, to get a quote to see how much it would cost to get them fixed and up and running. The staff team, was very professional and transparent of the possible issues such as: parts needed, the price, and turnaround time to get them back to me. They gave me a call the following day. They stated that one of the DS Lites was beyond saving, but the other one only had minor repairs needed. They suggested, that they can do a hybrid repair. By combining the working parts from both DS Lites, they can make one perfect and fully functional DS Lite. This greatly reduce the turnaround time to get it fixed and much more affordable too. Now $45 later, they gave me one perfectly refurbished DS Lite and even offered a six month warranty in case anything happens to it. I would greatly recommend this store if you have any consoles that needs repairs.
