I couldnt believe it. He said I can try the last resort solution and quickly referred me to his friends at DriveSavers who quoted me the cost to repair/ recover my phone info. would be anywhere from $800-$3900!! That's INSANE!! My guess is they are getting some sort of kickback from DriveSavers. Do yourelf a favor and bring your gadgets and business to iTech Express!

My husband stopped by and they had it all taken care of right away. Pricing is very reasonable, service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate their help in getting my kids back on the road! They were very happy to see their car back in action. If you have an electronic that needs some care make sure to reach out to them. Parking can be a little tight but there are spaces in front and there are plenty of shops in the area so you can drop off your item for repair and get a bite to eat.

Today, my phone lightly slid across my keyboard and the screen immediately started going haywire with red and green lines before turning completely black. I took it to another repair shop right after, and they told me the screen from the previous repair was a cheap, low-quality part. According to them, when my computer slid across the keyboard it somehow activated an accessibility setting, and the replacement screen couldn't handle it and basically fried. Now I'm stuck paying for another screen replacement only a few months after already spending $350. For that price, I expected quality parts and a repair that would actually last. Instead, I'm dealing with another broken screen and another repair bill because of the cheap product they used. I would not recommend iRepair in La Verne based on my experience.

Even better, he happened to be nearby and had availability that same day. I took Mom to lunch, we agreed on a 2:30 appointment, and shortly after arriving I received a quote via text. Thirty minutes later, the chair was fixed, payment was sent through Zelle, and the crisis was officially over. When I called my mom later, she was thrilled. Her favorite chair was back in action, her feet were up, and I was saved from having to buy a new recliner. The Recliner Guy may have fixed a chair, but in my mother's eyes he performed open-heart surgery on her La-Z-Boy. Fast, professional, reasonably priced, and incredibly easy to work with. I texted him informing him it still wasn't holding charge and he offered to take the device for a few days, but by then I no longer felt comfortable handing it over, as if all felt shady. The whole process felt unprofessional from start to finish. And to top it off, I was charged $103 for a repair that clearly wasn't completed. Make sure to pay with a credit card to be able to dispute if services aren't rendered. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle, go somewhere else. If you want to get scammed go here.

While they do "house-calls" this issue was a bit more serious, and so I coordinated with Marcus to drop off the computer so he could trouble-shoot the problem. (Note: their current location IS inside the yard for the auto body workshop.) I also left them with the brand new PSU I'd bought from Newegg, thinking it may have been the problem, but wisely deciding to use their services rather than have a go at it on my own. Because as it turned out it was NOT the PSU, but the motherboard and RAM, and after replacing those components Sam and Marcus were able to get the PC up & running. They also very considerately did not even open the PSU box, even leaving its shrinkwrap intact, making it an easy RMA for me. The lads stayed in contact with me during the entire process, which took a little over a week, from the initial diagnosis, to sourcing the new components, the installation, and then 'burn-in' to make sure there were no other issues. At the end of the day they get a well deserved, well-earned 5-star review. "Pet-mishap", remember? Let's say it was of "the worst kind" and leave it at that. Thanks Sam and Marcus! Your services are very much appreciated!
