Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.
