I had went a month in advance to go ask some questions. Security didn't let me in just to ask a simple question. Said you need appointment and gave me a paper to call. Also, a form to request a copy of a ss card for a minor. I called to get appointment for a copy of a minor ss card. I ask what do I need to request them. The person tells me the usual identification for a minor(passport, school ID, vaccines and birth certificate together). Not once said that there is a criteria for the ages. 0-4 you can use this and 4 and up you can only use this. Also, all documents that is medical has to be notarized and signed by a doctor. Today is my appointment. What a slap in the face I get when I show up with the documentation that the person on the phone TOLD ME!!!! Person at the window like huh. Yeah, none of this is correct and gives me a paper and tells me this and that. He asks for a iehp card. Only card from iehp is insurance card. On the paper it says they can take that so why did he ask for it, huh? Something else about it can't be issued more than four years!!!!!!! Side note. When the conversation is all done. He said he can help me all the way until 4pm. I told him I'll be back in 20mins. I don't live far. I get back he isn't at his desk but a lady. I let the lady know if she can notify the person that sitting there that I'm back. Nothing. Waited 40min seen people go to his window to be helped.

The Room was well lit and properly staffed and the Security Guard was fully in his role as the first point of contact being assertively welcoming, inviting, and showing us how to proceed using the smart and efficient high tech systems. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and spacious and there were large screens keeping everyone updated with their place in line and which window to go to. The lady who helped my Mom was very professional and organized! She helped us update Mom's direct deposit info as requested and reassured is the reissued checks were on the way. We recieved the direct deposit yesterday and are so grateful for the staff for making the process very easy and pleasant! The security guard turned around and proactively asked the guy sitting next to us to see if he needed help. Before us, he was patiently asking a question from another African American lady. Wth! He really makes me think that they are doing racial profiling. Part ii, after waiting for one hour, we left the office. I called the SSA number and was told that the wait time was going to be 120 plus minutes. Since I only have today off. I searched around and found a place to upload docs. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for a call back from SSA.

Officer Manning contacted me, she was polite... courteous... prompt and extremely helpful with the information and questions I had. Officer Manning's response was almost immediate. She treated me with respect and I feel confident that the matter I had contacted the Fontana Police department about will be handled in a professional... thorough way. I am saddened to see all of the poor reviews and glad that I did not rely on the two stars they have, but was able to form my own opinion. I would hope in the future that people take into consideration the tremendous stress... danger and mostly bad situations these officers must deal with on a daily basis. The young lady, SCS Sanchez, who answered the phone when I got through, was so kind and pleasant. She put me on a brief hold and called his unit for more information. When she came back on the line she gave me good information that the issue was taken care of by one of the Sargent's today and that he would be getting his meals correctly. Thank you SCS Sanchez; I was ready to do battle and you just quietly, patiently and efficiently got the information I needed. You blessed this Momma's heart!!

Bail Agents lose business constantly due to West Valley jailers not picking up the phone. People take their business elsewhere when we cannot provide them information in a timely fashion. It's very convenient for these jailers to just not pick up the phones. They're knowing to pick up, and leave it off the hook so it doesn't disturb them. They have no idea on how such a simple act of not picking up can negatively affect one's livelihood. But who cares right? we're just bail bondsman. People can care less about us.

Ok cool $25 fix it ticket. Long story short I moved, lost ticket, didn't show to court. So $25 turned close to $800. I received a notice to my employer, who received notice from the courthouse.I was able to contact the courthouse in within 3 days had a court date. Came in got this straightened out and my fine turn back into the original $25. Judge in f6 really didn't need for me to explain anything, just showed up stated I was sorry for missing the date and then stated my original fine. Everyone was helpful courteous and answered any and everyone's questions before my case. Follow the laws and you can avoid traffic court in court. Otherwise don't complain when you have to pay the price

Only the security…read moreguards and sheriffs are the nicest people in the building but other then that everyone just has a damn attitude to people asking for help or have question even to the elderly and that breaks my heart. We been back here several times to fill out paper work and they don't give us the right direction they could care less if your struggling , they expect you to know how everything goes inside the building . The city needs to hire more reliable people for the county .
