Beautiful state of the art library right next to the city hall of Wylie. I've been here a few…read moretimes, but never physically checked out any books. The women at the front desks were so nice if you have any questions though. I attended the "Pumpkin with Pizzaz" event at the Smith Public Library. It was such a well organized free event (everything was provided). I had a good time putting together and designing my little fall pumpkin. Thank you to the ladies who organized and orchestrated such a fantastic event!!

Its a 3 story building. It is clean, and there is a lot of technology being used in the court…read morebuilding. There are monitors through out to guide you. The new family court has plenty of seating and technology in the court room. There are clean bathrooms at the end of each wing. There is a visible difference in atmosphere compared to Dallas County Courts. Lots of parking outside and security is efficient and it doesn't take too long to get through.

Residents of the area are fortunate to have a facility of this caliber. It's 20 years old but looks 2! Go!

The library itself is all self-service based as you checkout your books using your digital library card and pick up the held books at the entrance which is placed based on alphabetical order of the first letter of your last name. Great collection of books for kids and adults. The only thing l wished they had more toys for kids in the play room, I find that some toys are missing some pieces and not well maintained but otherwise a great place to get your kids to spend some time with books.
