So, I called the Post Office. I was surprised when someone answered and proactively assisted me. The Post Office contacted the carrier assigned to the route. Within a short time, the package was found (apparently it was in their mail box). The Post Office even called me back to let me know how things went. I was impressed with this level of customer service and professionalism. Many businesses (including many USPS locations here in California) would simply dismiss my concerns. However, I felt like the individuals working at this Post Office treated me as though my concerns were important. Kudos to the Quinlan Post Office!

FYI--I needed $35 check for photos and courthouse fee plus $110 for passport non-expedited (4-6weeks). I used checks for both. Card can b used for the passport fee only. The process moved smoother than I expected, and several employees went out of their way to answer questions and keep things organized. That said, I would strongly recommend avoiding the lady at the first booth if possible. My interaction there felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive, which stood out compared to the rest of the team. Thankfully, once I got past that initial step, the rest of the experience was much more positive. Overall, good customer service from most of the staff, but that first impression could definitely use some improvement.

Upon arrival we were greeted with an employee that assisted us promptly with the check in. Very quick process and on our way to grab a seat. Not even needed, as we noticed the ticket number displayed on the monitor to go to our register. The employee helping us was friendly, fast and the picture was taken and we were on our way. Took about 30 minutes or less for us. Definitely doing this again for my other two when the time approaches. Great experience!

Its a 3 story building. It is clean, and there is a lot of technology being used in the court…read morebuilding. There are monitors through out to guide you. The new family court has plenty of seating and technology in the court room. There are clean bathrooms at the end of each wing. There is a visible difference in atmosphere compared to Dallas County Courts. Lots of parking outside and security is efficient and it doesn't take too long to get through.

Beautiful state of the art library right next to the city hall of Wylie. I've been here a few…read moretimes, but never physically checked out any books. The women at the front desks were so nice if you have any questions though. I attended the "Pumpkin with Pizzaz" event at the Smith Public Library. It was such a well organized free event (everything was provided). I had a good time putting together and designing my little fall pumpkin. Thank you to the ladies who organized and orchestrated such a fantastic event!!
