The waiting area for the jurors was clean, well kept, and generally comfortable. There were even several hepa air filters running in the waiting area. Bathrooms are inside the waiting area and we're squeaky clean and updated. The people working here were fantastic and very communicative about the process. As an added bonus there's a small store/coffee shop in the lobby. The store even sells lottery tickets if you need a scratch ticket fix. Overall this a great place if you're stuck here for jury duty. The only let down was the lack of free parking for jurors. I ended up parking at a garage down the street for $7.50.

Of course Donald would not take back the car.So I reached out to the previous owner who forwarded text messages of him and Donald and how he bought the car for $2000. She asked is there any reason for me to believe this is not your number Donald. He replied no, that is my number. If magistrates cannot make an educated decision/ and have some level of common sense, then it should go in front of a judge.

These are some of the things new to the city in the past 5 years: -Mill No. 5 - A mill space that has been developed into several store fronts, including: -Sutra Studio (Yoga) -Coffee and Cotton (Coffee Shop) -Luna Theater (Independent Theater) -Mill City Grows - Local Farmer's Market organization. -Run a weekly Farmer's Market in Mill No. 5 that's open year-round -Run a summer Farmer's Market by the City Hall -Works specifically with SNAP and WIC beneficiaries -Lowell Food and Wine Festival - Run by Mill City Grows over a full weekend. Included: -Food Truck Madness: 15+ Food Trucks in Jack Kerouac Park -Tacos and Tequila -Sips N' Sweets -Grand Tasting Event: 30+ Food and Alcohol vendors, seriously a blast. -Counting House Lofts - Finished in 2015 For anyone who's even a mild foodie, there are a ton of options: -Blue Taleh - Japanese and Thai. Great sport for spicy food. -El Potro - Mexican, with al fresco dining and a mariachi band in warm weather. -Athenian Corner - A Greek staple in the area for 40-ish years. Lowell is the third most racially diverse city in MA, however unlike Boston it is more integrated. One of my big complaints in Brighton was that I was only surround by other young, white professionals, and young, white and east asian students. There was very little racial or socio-economic diversity. In my building I have met other tenants who are African, Latino, Cambodian, African-American, Chinese, White, etc. and instead of just young-professionals there are retirees, students, families, singles, etc. I appreciate being surrounded by people who are different from me, which makes Lowell a particularly nice fit. Chris M. has an out-dated vision of a Lowell that is overrun with crime and drugs. There is crime, but it's primarily in-fighting, so they only thing to be really worried about is getting in a drunken fight, which can happen anywhere. I've had someone try to sell me weed, but that has also happened on Boston Common, sooooo say "No thank you" and keep walking. Yes, there as been a rise in heroin use, but that is most certainly not unique to Lowell. I'm not sure if I would raise kids in Lowell because the school system has some struggles, but sans children this is most definitely a good place to live, and will only be getting better.

Tacos Lupitas is a must hit on the beautiful north side of Lowell. Umass Lowell has a beautiful must masterpiece called fax hall. Legend has it fox hall took 1000 years to build. I love Lowell and I love life. Great place for a family vacation. The blue shamrock and gemstones is another must see family friendly restaurant with the best burgers and steak tips around. Only bad part of Lowell is when you aren't in the great city.

In my experience with most recruiters, they would be energetic, excited, exaggerative, and flat out lie about a few things to get you to sign whatever papers they could get you to sign. Not Martin, he was honest, reliable, and professional. Everything he told me was prove-able with a simple google and or Reddit search. If you go to Lowell recruiting I advise very strongly to request Sargent Martin as your recruite. you might be regretting going with anyone else.

If you are buying, selling or getting your mortgage refinanced in the towns of Billerica, Carlisle, Chelmsford Dracut, Dunstable, Lowell, Tewksbury, Tyngsborough, Westford, Wilmington you're probably have to come here to sign some documents. You can park in the street just beware that the area is a little sketchy and don't leave anything exposed in your car seats (ie gps, handbag, etc.). There are allot of smash and grabs in this area.

PRO - Plenty of seating inside, all clean. The young man who did the paperwork & gave me my plates was WICKED nice. I asked him for "an easy to remember plate" & he showed me all the ones he had & let me pick one! Thank you! He was quick & efficient & made the process painless. Hadn't made an appointment but on a weekday AM I was in/out in 30 minutes. Not bad at all for the RMV. CON- Walked in & asked by the grumpy cop? Security guard? "Got an appointment? No...to the right". Acted like I was bothering him as he busily checked his phone. RMV should get a better greeter. SO IF YOU GO - MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I had a guy come in after me as I waited to get my paperwork checked (before getting a number & sitting down) & Appointment Guy got taken care of first. I noticed the paperwork guy used a different machine to print my ticket than Appointment Guys, so I thought, "oh man gonna be here all day". Thankfully place wasn't busy. I'd make an appointment next time just in case.

However when we got to a window they did not know how to do it so asked for us to sit down until they get a supervisor. The co worker next to the woman said " our manager is gone for the day". So we sat until called again in 20 minutes and another woman told us she did not know how to do it. Then made up more information we needed. When I showed her the website and what was required her response was that it is wrong. Needless to say this trip was a bust. Never again!
