However, since I recently moved from over the mountains, my tune-up was put on hold. And folks, if you got vertigo and dizziness issues, this is the doctor see. He is very easy to talk to and really listens to what you are saying. I felt that he really cared, that he was genuine. His expertise and gentleness were outstanding. I have a highly sensitive human body, and so I just told him that, so he could lower the strength of the flexer tool he uses. Usually, it takes three days for my body to get over an adjustment. It is just one of those things that makes life interesting. His Administrative Staff are really kind and helpful as well. What an experience I had when I went to the Basin foot and ankle clinic here in Moses Lake! I…read morecalled for an appointment stating that I was looking for a podiatrist familiar with big toe fusions. I had seen 2 doctors and knew what I needed, now I was in the market of finding one with experience. I was given an appointment that day, when I arrived all the lights were off however the office staff was there?? I asked them if they wanted some information on me their answer was no, they knew me? I was then ushered into a room, where an attendant discovered I was not who they thought I was and indeed they would need a little bit of information. I was only asked a few questions about what brought me in, the attendant left and Dr CALLARMAN entered the room. Dr CALLARMAN, had pulled up old x-rays taken about 3 years prior and entered the room ready to make his diagnoses on those x-rays. Now I am dealing with a bad form of arthritis systemically taking out joints in my body, so I was taken back on how a medical professional would deem it ethical to attempt to assume there had been no change on a degenerative illness in 3 years. Dr CALLARMAN informed me that he would be happy to look at updated x-rays if I wanted to bring some into the office for him to see. I told him I was fine with his office taking x-rays at which time he told me that his license did not allow him to use his x-ray machine, I am not really sure how they were allowed to take them 3 years prior, but one thing was for sure I was out of there. Since Dr CALLARMAN's office had not taken any information from me they sent a bill (believe it or not) to my insurance 3 years prior, well we had changed our insurance plan so of course the bill was declined by the prior company. My husband stopped by and I called trying to get an explanation on how any medical provider would consider my visit anything but a joke! My telephone conversation with this person, took place as I stood in the middle of Safeway trying to calm this man down, Dr CALLARMAN raised his voice to the point of screaming, called me a liar and informed me he would send this to a credit bureau. This ended our conversation with this man. We have reported this to our present insurance company and they have taken a fraud report. We are in our 60's and have never experienced this poor example of a medical provider and hope never to run into this again.
