The first time the milk was not hot enough (I'd say 150 degrees or so) and the latte was lukewarm before I and my friend were halfway through. They have Melinda's Biscotti from Sidney, my favourite, I recommend the Cranberry White-Chocolate (yes I know, I don't normally like white chocolate or cranberries either, but trust me). Also there are many toys and plushies that look very ragged and unsanitary. I wouldn't let my kids play with them if they needed a cut. I think it's gross to have stuffy toys scattered on the floor where people's hair is being cut. Hair grease, oil and little hair debris gets all over them. Also when I was getting a cut, the person/barber left her station with a room full of people waiting to get a cut and they they didn't even sweep after each cut. The hair build up was rediculous. As for my cut....not great. I could do better with my electric razor. My hair looked like it got cut for free at a hair cutting school. Granted it was only $25. The thing that really grinds my gears is that I asked for a light beard trim and the guy takes an electric razor with a #4 guide and just removes my beard. My majestic beard will take months to grow back. These people are cheap, if you have kids that don't care what they look like. I will not go back.
