I accidentally dropped the custard dollop onto the asphalt so that was kind of sad but it's ok because there was still custard on the bottom. So delicious and I can't wait to go back. Usually, we LOVE going here. We get the same thing every time. Today wasn't so great. We ordered (3 drinks). I paid. I tipped nearly 100%. I paid $10 for a $5.07 total. The girl at the window wasn't very welcoming. I had to ask each question twice. She only gave 2 straws for 3 drinks. I'm not normally a complainer - however tipping $100% and getting drinks that were just over halfway fill was the icing on the cake. My service dog and I came in this morning. We have never been in before and oh my goodness! It was so wonderful! The lady at the counter was kind, courteous, and very patient. I asked for a cup of ice for my doggo and she was kind enough to put a treat in it. It made mine and my dogs day! Price is a little high for me to come regularly, but it's so worth it. This place has an extensive menu - frozen custard, Italian ice, custard and Italian ice concoctions, soda creations, Italian cream sodas, Italian ice chillers, coffee drinks, other hot drinks, energy drinks, shakes, floats, cookie dough and cookies... I tried their coco-loco which was my choice of cola with pineapple, coconut, and cream. Instead of regular ice I got it with pineapple-orange Italian ice. I asked the lady behind the counter for her recommendation for soda and she suggested Pepsi. I thought "Pepsi"? It sounded odd but, I went with her recommendation and it was absolutely delicious! This was a fun find. My wife wanted to run into Hobby Lobby and the thought of walking around Hobby Lobby with 4 kids for 20 minutes did not sound like a fun idea. So we agreed I'd take the kids to get a little treat. These Italian Ices were so good. There were a lot of flavors for the kids to choose from and the custard on top was the perfect balance. I wish there was a kid size that was a bit smaller, since the small was enough for two kids to share. If I am back in this area, this will happen again. read more
