Honestly very disappointed. I've never had an issue with swig and this was the first time i came to this location. Two girls were working and i came through the drive through. sat there for a fat minute they just served another group of people and then walked to the back. ended up parking after waiting for awhile to go inside and order and was we went to walk in they were turning off the open sign and i asked if they were open still confused because it said they were open til 10:30 online and i pulled up at 10. she looks at the other girl working and goes i don't know, are we open still? Like im sorry but you work here and are turning the lights off and locking the door but don't know if you are actually closed yet or not. ridiculous in my opinion. she told me to go through the drive through when i just was in the drive through. get back into my car to go through again. order my drinks. They turned out bad so i had to dump them out. Big waste of time and money. safe to say i wont be coming to this location again. and please make sure your employees know when y'all actually close and know how to make drinks lmao. crazy. happened 3/28. read more

I frequent this location, usually going through the drive-thru. I'm surprised at this point I haven't yet given a review! We have always been able to place our order quickly, and get to the window to pay. Won't lie I was unsure if this place. My boy told me about this place and told me i should try it. So i decided to try it, on my lunch break i stopped by and i don't drink soda but there drinks were pretty cool, i love there cookies, there cookies taste really good and delicious. I was surprised how fresh the cookies were. The cool thing is they have a drive thru. I really liked that fact tbh. It was really dope seeing that. I didn't have to wait long, the person taking my order was very friendly, and understanding, she explained everything to me. After about 3 minutes i got my order and was on my way. Very fast and efficient. I do hope one day they add more stuff to there menu like nachos, and things like that. Thank you for the experience, and I will definitely be back. read more

Swig's sugar cookies USE to be the best but no more. I went to purchase cookies for a party I asked the guy how many came in a box because the last time I purchased them they were in a flat box nicely placed. He went into the freezer and pulled out a box of them that were wrapped in bags and stacked. I paid $38.70 for 18 cookies. that tasted like they've been in the freezer for a while and the cardboard box. This is the second time that I have purchased them and they are frozen, not fresh and have the freezer taste. The cookies are also smaller than they use to be which is probably why they don't put them in the flat box, anymore. It oh well, I don't know if I want to give them another try. I know the main menu item are the beverages so who cares about the cookies. read more

I hate giving bad reviews but the past 3 times i have gone to swig I have gotten my drinks wrong. I always go through the drive through a second time and nicely correct them and they half of the time they will get my drink right again. I ask for the boba pearls every time and have only gotten them once. I will sometimes get the drink with the correct ticket printed out but receive a lemonade drink or something totally different than what i ordered. This last time they gave me the car behinds drinks instead of mine. The staff is super nice I just wish I got my correct drinks. read more

Clean and well staffed. The employees are very nice and helpful. They were also honest with their opinions when asked about drinks. In the day and age that a lot of people won't tell you if they don't like something it's nice to have someone not be afraid of telling you what they really think. We ended up getting the raspberry dream which was risqué since I don't drink Dr pepper. I liked it though. We also got the Thai coconut bubble tea which was both of our favorites of the 2 things we ordered. read more

Let me tell you..... the staff is awesome. I drove 15 minutes to go to swig and fill my craving of "Mango Breeze". When I got there, I realized I left my wallet at home. . I was already stuck in line when I realized this and instead of turning me away after it took 10 minutes to get through the line, the staff looked up my account and gave me a drink on credit. (I'm still not sure if I had enough credit but I ABSOLUTELY will continue to go to this swig. They put there customers first, and that a awesome. read more

This swig is my absolute favorite. The employees are the best. They are always so friendly, we usually just go through the drive through but even still it's a great experience. My kids always want to roll down their windows and say 'hi' and the girls working always are so sweet to them, not only a quick 'hi' but if they aren't busy, they take the time and actually talk to them. That alone wins me over as a customer every time. 9/10 times the employees here are amazing and that's what makes this kind of business successful, because honestly as good as the cookies may be, it's just soda. read more

I love swig. They have so much variety of yummy goods. The cookies? A-mazing! The original swig sugar cookie and the dirt ball. I have yet to try the chocolate chip cookie but I have high hopes. This place is so gross. Diabetes is running rampant in this country and yet I see people filling their soda cups all day long with this stuff. Listen, I love sweets. In fact I heard the sugar cookies were tasty here. I was in the mood, so I stopped in. The cookie is above average, but not enough to go back for. What bugs me is that this place is essentially a lie. Their added flavors are pure sugar with artificial colors and flavors. I'm a big fan of swig cookies. I just tried the chocolate chip one (I'm a die hard sugar cookie fan, so it's a big deal) and it was SO good!! My only complaint is the lack of seating in the restaurant. I think my family would go there more often if there was a spot to really sit down and enjoy our treats. I am very disappointed, feel really cheated and upset, my friend's kids had a fundraiser to sell cookies from here, the price was $20 for 30 cookies, way too pricey for me, but I did it for the kids, but boy was I disappointed, I was never told the cookies were "mini cookies" two of these cookies together wouldn't make a descent cookie!!! I just wanted to brag on the staff here. A few days ago I bought a few drinks and a cookie. But as I was driving away, one of my drinks fell out of my hand. I parked the vehicle and quickly went inside to grab napkins. Spilling a drink in your vehicle is not fun but I left with a smile on my face because they offered me a new drink. Great service! Friendly staff. If ever there is a problem with anything, they are quick to help and make it right.
