There was a event at the Centennial Amphitheater in Northwest Las Vegas. Love Me Foods truck was there. My boyfriend ended up selecting the following food items [1] Chicken Fingers and French Fries (crisscut) [1] Corn dog and French Fries [1] order of Pizza Rolls (comes with 2 Pizza Rolls) He had waited about 5 minutes for the order. It came out hot! He ended up bringing the food over to the Butterfly Park (or Centennial Park). The Chicken Fingers was really good. The batter was light and the chicken was flavorful. The chicken breasts were large. The Crisscut French Fries were really good! Super salty though and not too overly cooked. The Corn Dog was absolutely amazing!! One of the best corn dogs I've ever had! The batter was flavorful, but the hot dog quality is one of the best that I've had in a long time! Hands down, I would order another Corn dog again from this food truck! The Pizza Rolls were interesting. The filling inside was a little different, similar to a hot pocket; almost a mixture filling inside the pizza rolls. The top of the pizza roll had crystallized salt. The food was superb! It was a little pricey, coming out to almost $30.00 for all of the food, but the quality and quantity was worth it! I'd come to this food truck again!

I hadn't had one in a few years and they are very uncommon in these parts so I made the trek over. I got an original corndog with half cheese half hot dog inside and drizzled with Parmesan garlic. The batter was yummy and everything was cooked to order so it was fresh with extra gooey cheese. Just delicious! Service was super friendly and helpful with explaining the menu. I wish I had tried a sweet option as well but not because the portion of the one corndog wasn't more than enough. They have some spots to eat at around the truck or you can grab and go. As hubby and I entered the Ace Hardware parking lot (Bluff St and the Blvd) not only was the corn dog man there, but so were a few other trucks. We had just rolled up on the "St George Food Truck Roundup" where food trucks meet up weekly. They start out early in the day and go until 9 pm sometimes. When each truck arrives isn't the same time, so I suggest following the truck you are looking for on Facebook or Twitter or even check their website to track them down. I enjoyed my corn dog and then had some dessert from the "Waffle Love" truck. I learned that World's Best Corn Dogs has a sister truck called "Love me Tender" serving you guessed it, chicken fingers! They have fries as well, but I didn't order anything from that truck because I was so full. Next time! Also in the lot was Sonny Boy's BBQ, Waffle Bliss (not to be confused with Waffle Love), Bite's Donuts and Nacho Mama. The trucks usually meet up together on Mondays, but sometimes meet up other days, too. You can find some of them most days right in the lot, but catching them all together is cool. I saw many families there during the roundup. I only wish they set up some tables and chairs. I have no issue at all with eating in my car and do it often. I can understand if it's just 1 truck, but when they have several trucks and are wanting people to gather in the lot, it makes sense to have a few tables and chairs out. Maybe they will catch on as the roundup grows bigger. They do have trash cans set up so you can dispose of your trash properly which is a plus. I was happy to catch this mini food truck festival and look forward to stopping by again.
