Normally I like culvers but I don't like being gaslighted when I call about my order being wrong. I had ordered tenders but was given a fish sandwich I didn't realize tell I got home, I had called and they told me it was IMPOSSIBLE! Cause a manager bagged my order I told the young man that I'm literally sitting in-front of the receipt and fish sandwich in-front of me and I'd like a refund he told me no and that it was still impossible that it was wrong. My brother told me this is a midwest chain. We need to stop by here to refill gas on our way home. My brother got the double deluxe burger with onion rings. I go the patty melt with fries. They do charge now for pup cups which is just whip cream in a cup. It was a nice pit stop, the food didn't feel to heavy for me. Ambiance: felt like your typical fast food spot but clean. They were kind in their customer service when a lady *said* her ice cream was wrong. They didn't argue with her and just change the ice cream. Well done Culver. Ohh Culver's...the place I love to travel to Culver's a place where chicken sandwich and chili lovers can connect. A place where you can choose not one but multiple different options no matter what you are feeling. The place you can create your own mixer or if you are indecisive can pick from their pre set ones. The place where family can get together and finally be at peace. No fighting for the last chicken tender or having to share your beloved fries, affordable enough for everyone to enjoy their own. Comfortable place to be the foodie you are meant to be in the comfort of their inside or staying safe in your car rolling through drive thru. Let me start off by saying we love Culver's and have had many positive experiences at their locations in Northern Utah. The food is always great, the service has always been good and we have never had a complaint...until this experience in Washington, Utah. We ordered online, for curbside pickup, from our rental which is about 5 minutes away. Our order was accepted at 5:59 pm and could have been scheduled for 6:05 but we had another stop to make, so we scheduled for 6:15 pm. We showed up at 6:15 and hit the "I'm Here" button in the app. Waited until 6:22 and hit the "I'm Here" button in the email. Multiple cars had already come and gone with their food in the drive up lane. No sign of anyone, nor did any of the people delivering to the drive up lane...right next to us...ever look at us or acknowledge we were there. At 6:30 I finally entered the restaurant to find out where my order was. While there were a couple of people in line, it was not overly busy. There were lots of employees. A group of three was congregated near the drive up window, chatting and laughing. No one acknowledged me for a while until finally one girl came over and asked if she could help. I gave her my name, told her I had a mobile order and she walked over to the window and picked up my two bags of food that were sitting there. She sat them down on the counter and I looked at the receipt: Completed at 6:09 pm. I asked: "So has this been sitting since 6:09??" (It was now 6:35). She acknowledged that it had and asked if I wanted a tray for my drinks. No apologies, no other comment, no concern at all. I'm not one to make a scene so I took my food and left. Needless to say the burgers and fries were cold by then. There were no condiments, no napkins, no utensils. A very disappointing visit to Culver's. I will still frequent Culver's nearer my home, but this will be the last time I stop in Washington for Culver's food. read more

Ordered dinner here today while staying in the area. Have not had Culver's in 8 years. We ordered burgers, the chicken strawberry fields salad, frozen custards and several concrete mixers. The food was good and fresh, but we agree the wait was really long. Everyone liked their meal. We didn't eat in the restaurant and it was clean and super busy. Do not waste your time going to this culvers. Because that is literally all you're going to do, is waste your time. It is a standard 25 to 30 minute wait for any size order. We have tried over and over to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt, we have ordered online, we have dined in, we have gone through the drive-through, and it is the longest wait, no matter what route you choose to go. None of the employees seem to care, management doesn't do anything about it. I don't know who owns this establishment, but they need to consider selling. It is a poor representation of the Culver's franchise. I have lived in the Midwest for many years and culvers is one of my go to places. Yesterday my boyfriend and I decided to try Culver's, since we live in Las Vegas and don't have one in our town. I got a cheeseburger and when I took a bite,, a very long blonde hair came with the bite. It seemed that it had come from in between the beef patties. Immediately called and the manager, Mckay, answered and told me to come right in. He was a very professional and understanding man and did everything to make it right. Go through drive thru and getting the "order" taker to get it right is like talking to someone from another planet. Repeat the order a couple of times and fingers crossed they get it right.
