Do not use this business. Our experience has been a complete disaster due to lack of communication,…read moreplanning, and broken promises. Our project was originally scheduled to be completed in 2-3days. After the second day, we were left with a dirt backyard and no word for 3 days. Eventually we were told there was a delay with the materials and we would receive a Visa gift card for the delay. The gift card never came. During our project, we elected to have the workers install string lights. I was assured they knew how to install. Their solution was to put deck screws haphazardly into our hardy board siding. Upon finally completing the project, we found that they had cut the power line to our sprinkler system when installing the patio. We began calling at the end of June to have them fix it. As of now, we have only received a few vague emails that someone would be by to fix it and no one has shown up. Lastly, our project was completed at the end of June. Two months later, the turf is already picking up in places. We have called and emailed Nicole Jenkins repeatedly to only be ignored. This business does not stand by their work or their customers.

On the day of install, when on site, he increased the quote more than 40%. We acknowledged there had been some miscommunication between parties around the area to be covered in turf, and I agreed to pay the increase to keep things moving. Unfortunately, moments later he walked off the job with no communication and did not answer or return my calls. Lowcountry Artificial Turf could provide proper documentation on coverage with quotes in the future to prevent mishaps. But more importantly, the company should treat customers more professionally rather than leaving a job without notice or communication. The biggest implication for us was burning several months with a partner who's now significantly delayed our project.
