Despite extensive documentation, photos, texts and calls to expeditiously resolve the issue, responsibility was deflected to "it's up to the manufacturer" What I can't understand is why is there a 15 year warranty ? The claim is denied without the manufacturer ever coming to see it themselves as well as hearing what happened from me and reading our text thread? It tells a bit of a different story. Marty reinforced at the onset that the job comes with a 15 year manufacturer warranty!!!! Marty placed 4 remnants in the same area to prove to me they'd burn like the turf from the sun! They DID NOT the experiment was a fail? The lack of accountability and resolution at the end has left me unable to recommend this company based on outcome and post-install support.

We hired Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction for a backyard project and ran into numerous issues. We paid a partial deposit of over $27,000.00 in August 2022 for upfront costs and project materials and work started October 2022. A privacy fence was built, our backyard and patio were excavated, and a drain pipe was installed between October 2022 and January 2023. So after 15 months of limited to no progress, limited communication, and a variety of excuses; we had to terminate the contract in January 2024. Upon termination, Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction stated via email that he would begin the process of returning the over $16,000.00 balance due for work that we paid to have done but he never completed. We have not received any of the remaining $16,000.00 to date. The contract was to replace a fence, install a covered structure with fan and electrical outlets, hardscapes to include a 1000 sqft total of pavers, masonry landscape lights, and fire pit with stone caps. We have attempted numerous times to contact Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction, along with our attorneys, but he has not responded to any form of communication. We now have to hire a different contractor to repair the damage to our backyard and complete the project.
