Established in 2010.
Sofie's Tax & Accounting LLC was founded in 2010 as Sofie's Bookkeeping LLC with a mission to help small businesses and individuals keep accurate financial records and make informed financial decisions. As our clients' needs grew, so did our services. Today, we have expanded beyond bookkeeping to offer comprehensive tax preparation, accounting, and IRS & State Tax Resolution services.
To better serve taxpayers facing IRS and state tax issues, we created The Tax Debt Relief Center, our dedicated Tax Resolution division. We help individuals and businesses resolve tax debt through Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise, penalty relief, Currently Not Collectible status, and other IRS resolution programs.

Meet the Business Owner: Sophia R.
Sophia A. Reynolds is the founder and owner of Sofie's Tax & Accounting LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, an MBA in Finance, and is an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. With more than 15 years of experience working with CPA firms, businesses, and individual taxpayers, Sophia specializes in Tax Resolution, helping clients resolve IRS and state tax issues through Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise, Currently Not Collectible status, penalty relief, and other resolution options. She also provides individual and business tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting, payroll support, and QuickBooks consulting. Sophia is committed to providing honest guidance, responsive service, and practical solutions that help clients reduce stress, regain compliance, and achieve long-term financial success.
