At one time, this was an excellent agency with agents that cared about their clients…read more Unfortunately, they have gone the way of far too many "local" businesses. They allowed themselves to be bought up by a larger agency that cares ONLY about the book of business they purchased and NOT about how to maintain that book of business going forward. I have canceled every single one of my policies with them after having to fight them to get legitimate claims covered and other various ridiculous issues. The agents no longer will advocate for you and are, instead, going to push all of the legwork of filing claims and fighting for your rightful coverage on you. Avoid them at all costs and go with ANY of the online companies. You will absolutely pay double for your coverages through this agency compared to other policies you can buy yourself from an online company. Yes, read the fine print in the coverages to ensure that you are getting what you need, but don't fall for the corporate rhetoric garbage that this agency will spew at you about why the policies THEY will sell you are better.
