When I say that this was a life changing experience--it's because it absolutely is. Jeanne is so incredibly honest, so professional but so easy to engage with, she's truly an artist and someone who has made every single morning of my life more simple and more confident since I met her. Even when I was in high school, passing by make-up counters in department stores, I'd be stopped and asked if I wanted help with my eyebrows. My brows have always been light, but since turning 40 they've become even more sparse. Upon arrival to my nano brows session on May 23rd, it was determined that my skin texture would not be a good fit for the procedure. I told Jeanne that I appreciated her transparency and would defer to her expertise here. I did share my frustration with how late in the process this was determined, as I had followed all booking policy guidance (noting prior microblading, sending pictures of my brows via email and Instagram - which was acknowledged as received). First timer in microblading. Jeanne achieved the look I was going for since my eyebrows thinned out so much after years of plucking and waxing. Initial consultation was through email, which worked well because I only needed to send her a pic of my brows and description if I had dry/oily skin. Appointment took 2.5 hrs.
