He was a little rough and aggressive handling my hands and fingers but nothing painful. It seemed like he was the only doing nails in the shop so I felt like he was rushing. I liked the work he did on my fill. I get overlays on my real nails and he took care of them well with a solid foundation. I threw him a curveball by asking to give me chrome french tips which he said he's never done before. They turned out really well and super cute!

I came back within ten minutes and a separate team member was very quick to offer to fix some issues right away, which I really appreciated! I received extreme attitude and frustration from the original manicurist, Nikki, when trying to communicate the color was incorrect. I did not pressure the artist to fix it right away at all. I offered multiple times that they don't need to fix the color if they are booked and that I was happy to wait until they were finished with the client they were currently working on. I kept it very polite, patient, and made it clear that it could have just been a miscommunication, but she was insistent in proving that I told her the wrong color. I understand people have bad days, so this is just to share my experience. In general; I've had great pedicures here but the tone and rush of the manicurist made me feel like a huge inconvenience of a customer and that there was no willingness to acknowledge that they could have made a mistake on the color selection. She kept blaming me for picking the wrong color, although I specifically said the number and pointed at the color before starting. I even offered to pay for a color change but she kept rolling her eyes and sighing and had a nasty tone while I was receiving the service which of course is a terrible feeling as someone paying money to get a self care service done. There was a lack of professionalism from the artist, but the rest of the team was really kind and took their time with my pedicure and services I've received in the past. They reached out to me after my initial review offering a color change and discount with a new technician which is very kind.
