I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. He yelled at me l asking me if I knew the vacuums cost 10,000 dollars and told me that a wet/damp floor would ruin them. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I have PTSD from an incident that happened as a child and avoid loud noises at all costs, never would I have thought I would be yelled at by an employee while minding my business and cleaning my car. Once I got into my car I was shaking and crying because of how he handled the situation and raised his voice at me. I am an educated woman completing a degree at Ohio University, simply telling me to stop what I was doing would do the trick. I can't believe the disrespect I experienced at this facility today. You can also add Rain-x protection at the end of the wash for a couple bucks more. I usually go for the Gold wash which includes a chassis spray to wash the garbage off the bottom of your car. Although it doesn't completely dry your car, there is a 30 second high volume air blower to get most of the water off as you pull out.
