Concept wise= 1 star. I think this set-up is great so today I decided to try their lube center figuring I'd go eat next door at The Smiling Moose. Drove up, no line- score! Then womp, womp, womp those plans are cut short. The cute girl taking my information down is not only on the condescending side but lacked all around in customer service= -1 star. Ultimately, I'll exercise my rights + options and go elsewhere. Seems to me based on previous reviews from others dating back to 2015 they're not to concerned to remedy their ways, don't seem to need business apparently= -1 star. Overall I feel this place has great potential, it's a great concept. Presently I'd steer clear unless under desperate need but truthfully there are much better options around the corner.

I literally could've just splashed soapy water on my car and come out with the same results. I'd rather take the extra drive down to Billy Hext for my car washes. At least there they scrub down your car before you go in for a wash. Plus they hand dry your car when you come out. Hard pass.

The car is small, so it makes no sense why it was incomplete. To add to the problem, the dryer was going at the same time as the rinse cycle. So it left water marks on the front half, and dried soap on the other half. Tried calling customer service. The phone rings and rings, with no answer or answering service. In my opinion, you shouldn't like them on Facebook.
