Caller ID showed Sohail Group for both numbers . I finally picked up the second time out of anger and wanting to give them a piece of my mind. Both times (and an earlier call from months ago) inquired about some house for sale in Northbrook. I currently live in Texas and have never previously lived in Northbrook. Whoever it was that called was brutally inarticulate, and left little room for me to converse. After listening to his sledgehammer style vernacular, I provided feedback that I'm in Texas and don't appreciate the repeat calls. Rather than apologizing, he asked who else called and that he would let others in the office know not to call. Odd since I would expect someone representing Suhail group to show actionable ownership rather than to pass the buck. Must be representative of the firm overall. read more

From the beginning, I was misinformed about the cost of the application fee and was not given a response as to why the $85 application fee, whichwas originally a fee for my roommates and I to apply collectively, changed upon application to actually $85 per person. After that this group completely ignored all communication from myself and my roommates until eventually informing us weeks later that we'd been denied. There was no explanation for anything. All of it feels like a complete scam, even if it isn't, they should really work on their customer service and how they work with future renters.
