10/7/22 Update And now he's a lying psychopath on top of the…read morebad service! He posted a comment that he doesn't like to work with people like me because I don't give him the full payment. BULL***T! Nothing could be futher from the truth. Not only did I pay him every penny (have all the venmo receipts to prove it), but I am the one to had to chase him to catch up. Cleanup was a 2-part job, weeks apart. Rather than paying 50% each time, he asked that when I paid for the first half, that I advance money toward the 2nd half. Then, he didn't want to do the work. His behavior was very erratic the entire time. That combined with desperation for money makes me suspect a drug problem. He would message me and ask when I was going to pay him and I'd have to send him the screen shot reminding him that I paid him when he was here! As for all the sudden 5-star reviews: As of today, there are ones such as someone from Buffalo, NY with 3 reviews. Someone from Spokane, WA who has no other reviews, etc. Bernardo has trouble showing up to Queens (which is where he lives). He clearly didn't go hundreds of miles upstate or thousands of miles across the country. So, in addition to all his other fabulous qualities, HE'S HAVING BOGUS REVIEWS POSTED FOR HIM

As this one owned and operated for. 4 years has been doing right by customers here and in local towns. I came across them from a neighbor. I spoke with workers, reps, a young lady who assisted on the phone and even met the owner. I have specific concerns and want to be sure they are carried out correctly. They set up a credit card payment system. They review what you want . ( charging appropriately) I've gotten great communications also through emails and phone messaging. I'm also told that they have a portal to be able to see your billings. Todays work is clean and well done. So, if you are looking for or to change lawn and garden care companies, I suggest you check them out.
