Tom returned my call at 7:45 am and was early for the estimate which impressed me. He gave me a lower price and an earlier start date so I hired him. The workers were on time, were very skilled and even temporarily patched the holes the fallen branch put in my roof and repaired the damage the tree that fell had done to my fence. We have used Koch tree services twice now and each time the service was professional and high quality. We recently had 6 trees removed and the crew was polite and hard-working. The supervisor of the job came to the door several times to ensure there were no questions/issues. The price was fair and the job was done quickly. At the end of the day,after I made a last minute request, the crew even moved a huge amount of the wood to an area out of the way for use in our fireplace. This company was my second call after the first company I called jerked me around for months setting up a date to come and do the work they provided a quote for. That said, I'm so happy that I did go with Koch Tree Services and would definitely recommend them for any tree cutting services. This company was prompt and professional from the day of the quote to the day the work was completed. The office staff was just as professional and full disclosure as the owner that provided the quote and the guys that performed the work. They insisted on going over the quote prior to booking the date and then a few days before asked if it was ok for them to come a day earlier or if not, I could keep my original date. After some of the contractors I've dealt with (not showing up, not calling back), this extra detail and level of customer service was very much appreciated. Heck, at this point I'd probably be willing to pay a little extra to get this level of trustworthiness. These guys were phenomenal. Did exactly what they said (went over and above, actually)... and cleaned up and carted away all of the debris. I can't say enough about how great they were and I would very highly recommend them for all of your tree needs. read more
