When we contacted them, they denied taking anything and even suggested we "check the venue dumpster." Thankfully, the wedding coordinator reviewed the security footage, which clearly showed the flowers and items being removed. While some of the nearly $9,000 worth of flowers and glassware were eventually returned, a significant portion was never recovered. Most upsetting of all, our daughter lost the opportunity to preserve any of her wedding flowers because they were taken without permission after the event. We hope wedding venues seriously reconsider recommending this vendor to future couples.

They went above and beyond and delivered the flowers the same day. Additionally, in very short notice they were able to change the delivery address upon my request.
