I do not know any details of prices, menus, etc. My review is solely on the the venue itself, including the parking, location, and presentation. Parking is a bit cramped. The decoration was beautiful! There was one door in the back that led to a private dressing room where the wedding party was able to change in. There are two separate bathrooms inside. I'm not completely sure how much of the decor, food (if at all), chairs and tables, etc were part of the rental of this venue but it was a beautiful wedding. The hayride goes from the parking/monster truck area, to the market/restaurant area, to the pumpkin patch, and then back to the first spot of the parking/monster truck area. I found the fall festival to be really cute and great for photo ops. I really enjoyed each of the different sections of the farm. Decided to get on the monster truck before leaving (9/10); it was my first time riding in/on one and it was pretty fun. To ride was $10 per person. All of the staff members were friendly and made light conversation. I can def see myself returning especially since they also have a Christmas tree farm and a restaurant on site. My overall rate of experience : 9.5/10

We were all in bed and trying to sleep -- other than opening the sofa bed for my kids, we were acting normal and quiet. When I pointed this out, rather than apologize, he just hung up the phone. Also during our stay the staff barely touched our room -- including leaving dirty/used coffee cups in the room and not giving us new coffee packs for the morning. This may sound minor, but as someone who travels and uses Hyatts on a regular basis, it is not the kind of quality I expected from a Hyatt-flagged hotel. I'll be staring at one of the other Hyatts next time I'm in Norfolk.

While we didn't take pictures of the menu this time, I took a look at the menu online and there are some options listed on the website that were not printed on the physical menus we saw, but for what was the same the prices matched. The fish and chips isn't on the website but was on the physical menu and was affordable (two pieces or cod and ample fries). Our server (also the bartender) was nice and provided good service. The hours that they're open make it a great hangout spot for Friday nights and weekends. The restrooms are clean. The noise level was moderate and fine. We definitely recommend for hanging out with friends and will be coming back in the future.
