potential property owners and tenants, for the love of GOD do not do business with these scumbags…read more recently completed a two year lease with these clowns for a 3500 sq foot property in Cary. I will say they were fantastic right up to the point i moved in. with in weeks i had a water leak from the master bathroom requiring the master bath shower and tub to be removed and replace, (a three month process). (they knew about the issue before i moved in and did not address it, but painted the ceiling to cover the damage before i moved in.) they will conduct a 6 month review on the property. i get it, no problem but the old man that showed up came with a 360 camera. the same setups that relators use to show case a property. when i refused to let them use the camera they gave me attitude. they kept saying it was in the lease so i asked them to show me where i agreed to this. then they just conducted a walk thru and found now issues. also, it those two years, the washer failed three times and they finally replaced it. then the microwave/oven unit failed and they replaced it after a few weeks. at move out i requested a walk thru and they refused to complete one with me. i had to call three times a day for over two weeks before some idiot answered the phone and told me i would get any part of the deposit that wasn't used in 60 days. but he couldn't tell me what they were going to charge me for. please, rent from anyone else in wake county. absolutely anyone else.

It feels like they completely ignore their customers.Theyve sent unprofessional, unwanted vendors to my home to handle cosmetic issues I never requested, and in the process left me without access to a shower for several days despite me specifically asking them not to proceed with that work at this specific time. When my AC went out in the middle of summer and my thermostat was reading 84 degrees, I practically had to beg them to send someone to fix it. On top of that, my rent increases every year, and there are random additional fees that are never clearly explained. While I truly love the townhouse itself, I am choosing to leave solely because dealing with this company has been such a nightmare. On the rare occasion you do get someone to return your calls or follow up they are rude and completely unhelpful.I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

I rented a vehicle from the Wake Forest Enterprise location after my vehicle was hit by another…read moredriver. I arrived with all necessary information for Enterprise to bill the other driver's insurance directly. I was told a credit card was required to be on file, which was fine, but I clearly reiterated multiple times that the insurance company was to be billed and my card should not be charged. I received multiple verbal confirmations that they would bill the insurance and my card would not be charged. Despite those assurances, my credit card was charged... I called the location to address the issue and was told that they would bill the insurance company moving forward using the information they already had. When my vehicle repairs were completed, and I returned the car, I again confirmed everything was handled and was explicitly told that it was. More than six months later, I received a notice stating that I owed over a grand and received an invoice that was grossly incorrect. It failed to properly account for the charges already made to my credit card, included refunds that were never issued, and reflected Enterprise's continued failure to bill the insurance company as they were supposed to from the start. Now I'm stuck in the middle, wasting my time going back and forth between Enterprise and the insurance company to fix problems that never should have existed if not for this location's failure to do the most elementary parts of their job, lack of follow-through, and basic administrative competence. There are multiple other rental agencies in the area, do yourself a favor and take your business literally anywhere else. Dealing with the incompetent buffoons running this location simply isn't worth the headache.

Lease rules of quiet from 10 pm to 8 am are not followed or only followed by some. No enforcement that I can see. For the cost of rent and poor to no customer service, I would not recommend this place, even short term. I've lived all over, rented and owned and this was by far, the worst living situation of any of them.

As time passed it became apparent. After contacting a multitude of times they came to take pictures on three separate times. We waited 8 weeks without any resolution and having finally moved out due to health concerns. We found out on the day we moved that the previous tenants complained about the black mold too. The mold is on the ceiling coming from the upstairs bathtub. They were aware of this issue and covered it up with some paint. They will most likely do this to the next unfortunate soul. We have been contacting them for days now to ask for a release from the lease due to the egregious and negligent actions. We just want to part ways but are prepared to litigate based on their actions or inactions at this point. The apartments are filthy, smelly and the maintenance people have no desire to do anything besides drive mindlessly for hours in their golf carts. The car wash is always broken and never actually working. The pool is overcrowded and filthy. The valet trash will leave notes and usually not take your trash if your one trash bag is coming out of the small trash can. This is the WORST experience ever. If I could put a ZERO I would.

I've done several transactions with Beth McCormick and I can honestly say she is the hardest…read moreworking realtor I've ever met. We aren't a typical family and have a few specifics we require which can make the house hunting process tedious and time consuming. We bought our first house through Beth four years ago when we moved to NC from IL, after a stint with another realtor who wasn't a good fit. It was our last day in town and we had given up finding the right place within our budget. Not only did Beth find the house for us, she set up the showing ASAP and we had a signed contract that afternoon on a gorgeous home that we loved. The laws are very different here than in Illinois and she explained that aspect in detail. Fast forward 2 years when we decide to leave that property to look for something with more land and space. Beth showed me countless houses, really listened to what I had to say and understood exactly what we would be happy with and what we couldn't live with. She pointed out things in certain properties that she knew wouldn't suit our requirements or that we should avoid, some I hadn't considered. She cares more about her clients than the sale and in my experience, this is rare and one reason I trust her implicitly. Something I think everyone should have in their realtor. For my own home, she offered to help stage, gave tips on what we could do for better showings and pointed out a few things that we should repair. After a year of house hunting this time and not finding the right fit, we decided to build. Beth happily attended every single meeting and walk through of that entire process and was truly more helpful than I can convey. 8 months later, circumstances with that builder ultimately forced us to withdraw our contract. (That's another story.) This was, to say the least, a very painful and frustrating time. Our own home was under contract and we were looking at the possibility of not having a place to live. Beth was incredibly supportive throughout that nightmare, handling all the paperwork, advising me on the contract, calling me to make sure I was okay, dealing with the builder, etc...A week later we found a property that was perfect. Beth set up the showing immediately and we made an offer. She drew up the final contract on Christmas Eve while on vacation, even though I told her that it could wait. She knew we wanted to move fast and didn't hesitate to take time away from her family to help ours. Then came the closing. We had a three-tiered closing and there were some hiccups along the way with my buyer and my buyer's buyer on a personal level that couldn't be avoided. There was a chance that we might miss our date and Beth informed me immediately (8 pm after we had already moved out.) Luckily, things worked out, everyone closed on time and we are in our new home which we love. I realize this is an absurdly long review, but it was an absurdly long, frustrating, and emotional process that was made so much easier by having Beth in our corner. Her professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness, responsiveness to emails and texts was appreciated and comforting. We were not the easiest clients and this was not the easiest transaction, but Beth handled it all with stride. She also has a fun personality and I'm happy to call her my friend now. When we decide to buy a beach house, I'll be calling Beth McCormick.
