A lot of places like this seem to give the same "scripted" massage regardless of what you tell them is bothering you, not Jasmine. She focused solely on what was bothering me, while still making time to give me the entire experience, she was absolutely incredible. She used hot/cold cream with no extra charge, worked through my pain with hot towels and hot stones (no extra charge) and truly wanted me to leave feeling better: and I did. This was not true. After some back and forth, they did not end up making me pay the extra charge, but the interaction felt very awkward and uncomfortable. They blamed the misunderstanding on Vivian's English, even though the only thing translated was my question about hot stones. I wish this had been handled more professionally and transparently.

In the process of maneuvering around the table and working deeply, there were moments of full-body proximity that included unintentional contact with the masseuse's more... PERSONAL areas.
