He turns into an absolute tyrant. He's nosy, constantly up in everyone's business, and acts like he owns your personal life along with the house. He flies off the handle over the smallest things and loves to threaten tenants with being kicked out for no reason at all. Living under Quentin Smith Homes has been stressful and miserable.
