The package we went with was fully customizable for our needs and ended up being very affordable. Frances was great to work with! She took my inspiration pics from Pinterest and our wedding invite and came up with something so magical for our day. I trusted her expertise and she delivered! Everything looked full and lush and all the colors were very cohesive- my dress had flowers on it so it was very important to me that nothing clashed. She absolutely nailed it! There was some confusion early-on about whether or not they'd be able to deliver for our early morning set-up time which caused some stress, but in the end Frances was onsite bright and early personally arranging our ceremony arch flowers and pinning boutonnieres to the dads' suits. I ordered bulk flowers online for my March wedding from here. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called prior to ordering to ensure that I was ordering enough and also wanted to check to see if I was able to pick up the flowers before they opened as we were picking them up the same day as the wedding. Everyone was extremely helpful prior to and on the day of. I was able to get them at 8 am on a Saturday morning. We brought 6 giant buckets and an empty station wagon and we almost didn't have enough room! The flowers were gorgeous and lasted almost a week after the wedding. I highly recommend this place! My sister is getting married in a month so I was looking for a place to get her flowers from. I went in about 3 weeks ago but did not have a picture of a bouquet that my sister would like, so I was told to come back in with a picture. I went back in on Tuesday to show a picture of a bouquet and to see if she could give me a little more information on prices and I left very upset. Now I know it was the day before Valentine's Day and that is the busiest day of the year for them but I have never been treated so poorly. I went in to ask a question on a price of a bouquet and then if she had any information I could take and she replied to me that "I am too busy you know that tomorrow is Valentine's Day". I said I can come back of it you are to busy. She said " tomorrow is Valentine's Day I don't have time" I said okay and then just asked just one more question if they had packages that they could do with that certain bouquets and again she responded "yes but most people don't use them, and I don't have time right now". I said I was just looking for some prices to get an idea and she said "well good luck having any florist help you today". I went to two other florist and yes they were busy but they still helped answer a few of my questions. Valentine's day is not the only day of the year. Customer Service is still customer service. You should never tell someone to go away when they asked you to bring back in an example. She was incredibly rude about it. I do understand it is busy as I have worked in floral areas for years iver Valentine's day, mother's day, and prom but I would never, NEVER tell someone to come back another day to ask questions that take literally 10 minutes to answer. read more

I'm out of state and found these folks on Yelp. The arrangements on their website weren't very interesting, so I'm thankful to Yelp users who posted their own pictures - which were lovely. Based on those photos I called Rose Garden and asked for something unusual, not the usual FTD boring boquet. My directions were no roses, no carnations, no daisies. The person taking my order wasn't warm and fuzzy, but direct and businesslike and they did an excellent job - the boquet was lovely, the recipient was thrilled, and the whole thing only cost me $50, including delivery. Good deal all around; in fact the recipient was so happy they said they'd be using them in the future. That's about the best compliment you can get. Working with Rose Garden Floral was an absolute dream. Andrea was incredibly helpful with designing exactly what I wanted for my wedding. She was willing to recreate a bridal bouquet from a picture I brought in and wrapped the maid of honor bouquet with ribbon we provided. Andrea was very willing to customize everything. She is also very knowledgeable regarding what flowers and foliage are in season and will look best together. I felt so confident that Andrea would create beautiful arrangements and she far exceeded my expectations. She even accommodated a last minute need for flowers on the wedding cake. We received so many compliments on boutonniere, bouquets, table arrangements, and alter decorations. Andrea even delivered everything to the wedding venue before we arrived so all the arrangement were set up and the bouquets and boutonnieres were waiting for the wedding party in the dressing rooms. I ordered flowers for my daughter's wedding. The website was a little cumbersome, so I visited the shop. Andrea was helpful in explaining the process to me and encouraged me to utilize the website for the best price. Once again the website process was cumbersome, but after some phone assistance from Andrea, my order was placed. The flowers arrived on time and were GORGEOUS!!! and provided an employee to help me load the buckets into my vehicle. Andrea gave explicit instructions for rehydrating the flowers. We followed them and our arrangements were perfect when we made them 2 days later. Prices were reasonable compared to both Sam's Club and Arizona Flower Market. Bonus! I received points for their Rose Garden rewards club for my order. I would give this business a 5 Star Rating if their website were friendlier. read more
