It could just be me! Got a pedicure, which was nice. She cut my cuticle and I was bleeding a bit. I didn't mind it too much until she sprayed rubbing alcohol on my toes! She checked out my fingernails, smirked and ask me if I wanted a manicure as well. Embarrassed I was like, "oh yes!" 20 minutes later I have bandaids on 3 of my fingers because the cuticles were carved into. Oh yeah, my nails are jagged. I'm going to guess that she is blind? Anyway, I'm happy now that I left and don't have to smell nail polish remover anymore.

Marsha listened to me complain and tell her i just wanted something easy that would cover my scalp. She did way better than that. She came up with a cut I liked immediately and still like 6 weeks later! It's easy, hides my problem spots, looks youthful--it's perfect. Marsha had a couple of styling tricks that are super useful. A man pointed to where I should sit and as i began to soak my feet he gave me a laminated menu of services. I picked the second level pedicure, a $47 pedicure. I closed my eyes for most of it, and was thinking that this was a very good pedicure. I was surprised that I didn't need to go under a dryer, and that he was able to file a couple of spots after polishing. I get up to leave and make a comment about what a quick dry this was and head to the cash register. The total rings up with the tip at $74!!!! he swipes my card and then I begin to question the total price. He starts using a word I don't understand due to a language barrier, so the owner comes over. She said I ordered a shellac polish (or something like that). I'm standing there looking at both of them like ....WHAT?? She said "You order the shellac" and I reply "I absolutely did not!" so after going back and forth she says 'you want a refund?' and I say 'yes!' The man who did my pedicure grabs his tip and jams it into his pocket while she proceeds to give me a $15.00 refund on my credit card. Then she says " now you pick a color' as she points to the wall of polish. I'm so confused ....she says 'I give you refund now I take off the shellac ' I say to her 'you want to remove what you did and paint it again?' The man who did my feet looks at me and shakes his head no and tells me to just go. I wouldn't go back there if it was the last place to get a pedicure in this valley. I never asked for this shellac...I've NEVER asked for a shellac in my life and it looks terrible. total SCAM

She told me it'd cost $120, which at the time felt fair; During this whole process, she was impatient, rushed her work, and barley communicated what she was doing. The nail art is crappy and Not even 12 hours later (the same day), the polish is already peeling. This set was not worth the Money.

I have had Manicures (gel & dip) by a few different people there and one pedicure. All were done well and everyone has been very nice to me. Amy (the owner) is simply fantastic. She does an IMPECCABLE job on my nails. She can be very straightforward with customers, but I actually appreciate that. Once you start going there regularly, and are a loyal client, she warms up and is so friendly and chatty. I want to encourage anyone that is hesitant about going to Lovely Nails, to give it a chance. We had a tour and education regarding the caves origin, sacred blessings by the local Ute elder, and how to enjoy this place in an approachable way. Marta was there on the spa day.She guided us on our 'soak and sweat' journey. The mineral hot soak for a half hour acclimated us to the oncoming heat of the vapor caves. Incredible. Morgan was our attendant for the soak, she was kind and professional the area is calming and spotless. Then to the solarium for a cooldown, then into the caves! We loved it so much, we returned for a second soak and sweat before our travel home. Maria was our bath attendant on this soak, she went above and beyond in her care. We hung out in the solarium until we were called in for our service. It did include access to the vapor caves which my sis-in-law tried and loved. We were provided robes, towels. The staff is informative and helpful. I had booked everything over the phone and they were ready for us when we arrived.
