APT is in a GREAT location (right in the middle of town). Super easy to get to from work and they are pretty accommodating to my stupidly hectic schedule. Parking is convenient and all I have to do when I walk in the door is sign my name to the clipboard and start working. Therapists and trainers listen when I say if something's working or not. They don't make me sit around waiting for them and they don't sit around waiting for me. They push me when I need to be pushed. They don't let me slack off when I'm lazy. They take copious notes about every little thing I tell them and then, surprisingly, they remember when I come in the next time. Environment is fun and they're usually playing some funky music, which makes being there more fun. Most importantly, in my effort to rehab my knee and back, things have started to gradually feel better - not 100% yet - but feel like I'm taking steps to being on that path.

You have to wash your hands before being seen and they spray down the tables and equipment before you use it. I still see Andy and still really appreciate his help. I see him for my back and knees. I have ongoing low back pain but developed tightness in my upper back that was restricting my breathing and he gave me some new exercises for that that has really helped me to be able to breathe more freely. Andy tailors the exercises to my needs and I have found them to be extremely helpful. He has a wide variety of tools and techniques to adapt to your needs. The dry needling is helpful when my muscles are really tight. If I need to be taped, he will do so. He will show you how to tape yourself as well. I sometimes get heat or ice-with a tens unit (electrical stimulation). If one thing doesn't help, there will be an alternative. The front staff are always friendly and helpful. A bonus is the deer that come down in front of the business to drink water and feed on the tree.

The office is LOUD with techs having inappropriate conversations about their home life, relationships, partying, dating, etc. in the middle of the gym where all patients, even in the rooms can hear. This is NOT professional. Additionally a PT decided to start messaging me on FB and literally got angry with me for not responding. I absolutely do NOT feel safe here anymore.

I attended NW Medical center for Pelvic floor therapy. the quality…read moreof care is good BUT If your not having previously attend it for example Surgery like Knee replacement or any Surgery that requires physical Therapy then good. but if you just need physical therapy and you are attending their physical Therapy program you will be paying HOSPITAL prices.;For example let's say that you are receiving just stretching exercises for muscle tightness in your hip.It will fall under the same Billing code as if you had a Hip replacement. Basically I was charged 3,000.00 for stretching exercises for 3 appointments and there was nothing I could do about it. because no matter what ..it fell under Hospital pricing and I was not made aware of it. Once you attend a appointment ; I was told by thier Business office that once I show up for the appointment I can't dispute anything written down as for as as "services I received".
