This is absolutely the best place for her. She is genuinely loved, cared for, and supported in every way she needs. My mom has shown improvement, and although she is not yet able to walk on her own, I have complete peace of mind knowing she is in such compassionate and capable hands. The care and love my mom receives from Stacy and all of the caregivers goes far beyond anything I could have hoped for. They pretty much starve the residents. The food is so little and so bad...like a few canned baked beans and a piece of toast. Every part is just bad. Don't do it. At the beginning Rodelio is nice and acts like he cares...he got my person up once to walk in 7 months. They move their patients by yanking up their pants and dropping them in the chair or wheelchair. Every part is just bad. Don't go there. When we finally moved my person they kept all the ensure, disposable briefs, etc. Hospice had to call them and we went and picked up a couple bottles and a couple packages when the night before we moved her there were two med-line boxes of briefs in her closet that had never even been opened. They also kept no account of her stool so she was impacted when we got her to the new place...Like I said...every part is bad. Don't have anyone there that you care about.

The waiting area was very crowded, and because all of the available seating was taken, we were standing in an open area where there seemed to be enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. At one point, a staff member, who I assume was the chiropractor based on the room he came out of said, "Excuse me." We immediately stepped aside to give him space. However, he then spoke to us in what came across as a very rude and dismissive tone, saying something along the lines of, "Can you guys like move out of the way, like move away from here? This is our workspace. Give us room." We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, and we would have gladly moved if asked politely. The issue was not the request itself, it was the way it was delivered. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients and their families should feel welcome and respected. I understand that staff need access to their work areas, but there are courteous ways to communicate that. A simple, polite explanation would have accomplished the same thing without making us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the office.

The physical therapist I seen was Dell. His quality of care was excellent. In times where I was feeling anxious he made jokes to lighten the mood. He explained every step of what we were doing and asked me if I had any questions every time. The shared space was clean and not very noisy. They scheduled my next appointment within my work schedule and offered to make any changes as needed. I have been to other physical therapy facilities and this location was the best one by far. Thank you to the staff for making me feel comfortable.
