This is absolutely the best place for her. She is genuinely loved, cared for, and supported in every way she needs. My mom has shown improvement, and although she is not yet able to walk on her own, I have complete peace of mind knowing she is in such compassionate and capable hands. I cannot thank them enough for the comfort and reassurance they give me every day. The care and love my mom receives from Stacy and all of the caregivers goes far beyond anything I could have hoped for. They truly go above and beyond, always treating her with kindness, dignity, and heartfelt compassion. Knowing she is surrounded by so much love means everything to our family

Stacy, her family and her incredibly awesome staff have welcomed my Dad, and our whole family with open arms and lots of Love. They treat our Dad with respect and dignity and care for him as a member of their own family. Our family has complete peace of mind knowing Dad is in such a wonderful place. Stacy has only the best caregivers taking care of her clients. The caregivers are kind and attentive, they make sure that our Dad's every need is met. They involve their clients in games, exercise and other activities, and Dad says the food is always great! Our family can visit as often as we want. We've been continuously updated on my Dad's health condition since he arrived there, If we have any questions or concerns Stacy takes care of them immediately. This truly is an amazing place, so amazing that we've moved my Mom into Stacy's home too. My parents and our whole family are so thankful for Stacy and "Care With Love." Now, our Mom and Dad can spend all their time together again! Thank you to Stacy, your family and caregivers.

Communication needs to improve towards the family concerning the care and their weekly evaluation of the patient's health and challenges. During our initial phone call there was trouble getting our phone numbers and names right. Within 6 weeks we had no updates to family members and we didn't feel included in the weekly care. When we called, we didn't get any response after leaving messages. Or they would call a different family member. We never had a sit down discussion with them and never knew who was in care. The facility also stated they didn't communicate with them either. I think this will change and improve since we did bring this up but for right now they have some growing to do . I believe what care they provided was good from what the facility could notice .

My experience with Lenus was a horrible nightmare experience. They were incompetent. First of all,…read morewhen my husband came home from the hospital. The hospice Dr. took him off the antibiotics. He had sepsis and I was originally told that he could stay on them. They sent a very small box of supplies. Gloves, the cheapest pads you could buy, and that was it. I had to go on Amazon and buy regular chucks (bed pads). I kept asking for a urinal, never got one had to go back to the hospital and ask them to give me one. When hospice arrived, they set up my husband with oxygen and did not put distilled water in it. He went three days breathing that with no water and no one told me that it was necessary. The nurse that came to take care of him was a joke. Offered no quality care whatsoever. When my husband became very ill, vomiting, shaking with a high fever, the nurse did not pick up on how sick he was and asked why he was shaking so bad. The digital thermometer he had did not register that he had a high fever. Five minutes after the nurse left my husband started vomiting I called him to come back and he refused. He told me to call the head nurse Arra. When I did, she said I'll be there in two hours. When I threatened to call 911 and she said she would be right over then sat in my driveway for a half hour. She became angry when I wouldn't let her give him a large amount of powerful drugs to put him out. I asked her to leave and called 911. When the paramedics he had a fever of 103. My husband passed away two weeks later in the hospital. Because of this experience I will never trust any hospice care in the future.

While we had done some research beforehand, the staff was very helpful in ensuring we had the model which best suited our needs and budget. It was nice to be able to try out the chairs in person and was interesting to see what other equipment they offer which could be helpful later on down the road. Samantha helped us out and was very knowledgeable and helped us make sure we were covering all our bases. The extra delivery and installation fee was well worth it with how heavy and clunky the power lift chair is. I'm usually a figure out the logistics of installation myself to save some money, though I am glad I went with them taking care of delivery and installation for me. It is great to know we have such an accessibility equipment store like this in town, and even better to know my loved ones are more comfortable in their home thanks to the equipment they provide.

It's very hard on dementia patients to move them and also hard to find a place so when you're paying almost $90,000 a year for Care you would think that would be enough. Be careful putting your loved one here because they were very nice when we joined and it's just gotten worse and worse since the new owners took over

Virtually any resident can give examples on a daily basis. They may also say " it does no good to complain cause nothing ever changes" Maybe these issues are organizational and baked into senior residential homes. Some things are great, some are ok, others are sub-par and a few are just terrible and unsafe. It's a buyer beware deal. & On the upside, there are many staff who are committed to giving residents respectful, responsive caring service. These folks do their best in a demanding and understaffed environment.
