I was experiencing a skin issue that was new for me & my skincare products and routine just weren't working in this season of life. "The Glacial" winter glow revival facial included an herbal steam, double cleanse, facial massage, dermaplane and snow algae face mask. It all added up to one of the most wonderful self-care experiences I have had, and the way my skin glowed afterward -- and has continued glowing and looking improved overall in the days since -- far exceeded my expectations. Beyond the results, though, I have to talk about how wonderful the experience is from the moment you walk in. Dana opens the waiting room 10 minutes before your appointment time so you can fill out basic paperwork regarding your medical history and skin goals. Then you talk to make sure you're on the same page. The session itself starts and ends with a short deep breathing exercise, helping you center yourself and focus. Everything felt so blissful and relaxing that I drifted off several times, and kept having to bring myself back from the mini dreams I was slipping into as I didn't want to miss the experience! The facial massage especially was wonderful, and a helpful starting point toward my skin goals. I think what I most appreciated is that when we discussed my typical skin care routine, which is incredibly low maintenance and a bit directionless right now, Dana could not have been kinder or more judgment free. She didn't push any products and gave me a sample to start out with, which I'm applying morning and night alongside one other product I'm using. Her other advice was to wake up and hydrate my skin in the morning with a splash of cold water. Seriously, free cold water. What a refreshing change from many estheticians; you genuinely get the feeling she cares. This is a gem of a small business, and I will absolutely be back to continue working with her.

Decorated to perfection. We were warmly greeted and filled out new client paperwork. From the second we layed down to the moments the massage were over we were taken care of. Our technicians Bridget and Jodie were impeccable. They both listened to our needs and were spot on with pressure. The addition of hot stones is a 10/10 must add!!!!!
