The deputies took the time to check out my story, from the Forest ille area, contacting my daughter for further clarification and confirmation of facts relayed. With numerous text messages, phone calls conversations and witnesses, there was enough evidence for the deputies to respond. They immediately set out the next business day and removed Jake from their possession. Jake did a ride along in Napa until my daughter was able to arrive an hour or so later. They praised Jakes manners and demeanor, as they handed him over. It was difficult walking down the stairs to my daughter's truck, to get my Very Excited boy out. Barely able to stand, I grasped the door handle and took my baby into my arms, tears pouring. Thank you Thank you Thank you Napa County Sheriff Dept! In the short time I have lived here, I have noticed quite covertly department of Transportation freeway cams went up a couple weeks after I visited a street off the freeway in American Canyon after looking at a place, then after I moved to Napa on the 29 both ways to lake berryessa and to sonoma, PD placed Black flock FBI solar cameras on each stretch then, they placed on on the exit of the freeway at trancas where target is, then they placed a department of transportation camera at the entrance to sonoma, then after I went to sonoma several times to check it out, they placed 2 black flock talon solar cameras on entry point and exit, I thought wow this is very odd. So now they have placed 2 very sly at kennedy park entrance which is a public park which is astonishing to me because nothing happens there, so I stopped going there because I moved here for privacy so now they have places a camera at the entry of a small yountville park california avenue. I am stunned by this paranoia. I always supported PD and no longer support any state PD unless I know them personally. State PD and federal PD are not the same. State pd support illegals and do not support law abiding citizens. They also profile anyone who knows what they are up to like myself. To me this is looking like they are closing in and creating a big brother situation like Fairfield has, which is a whole nother story. Fairfield have worked with the DOT to add freeway cams every 1000 feet, this should be illegal. I grew up during the Reagan era, no surveillance, no profiling, no access to my phones, no stalking, we are now living in alarming times of bored, over paid PD who will profile anyone who catches them in their devices or sees what they are up to. PD are using advanced technology such as imsi catchers in their cars and hailstorm/stingrays to bypass cell towers to make your phone look like it is connected to a tower to surveillance you & access your phones freely without you knowing, they can read your text messages, your emails and listen to vc mail. I caught Napa pd 2 days ago, they turned on my laptop accessible listening to hear me in my own home, how do I know its them? I texted myself they read the text got angry and hacked my login on my phone and laptop the very next morning twice. 6 other counties in Cali have done this to me for exposing them. People, PD are not your friends, they dont like any of you, they hate you and they are here to nail or stage any event to target anyone they can to make themselves look good. I would say PD in Napa are obsessed, jealous, caught up and incredibly corrupt to do this and to try and take away my privacy and all of yours when our lives are none of their business. Cynthia was unable to locate her info and told my niece that if we found a photo of her ID, we could come back to her. Once we found the picture, we went back to Cynthia as instructed. However, she stated she never told us to come back to her and that we needed to get back in line. I understand DMV employees serve many customers throughout the day and the job can be stressful. When we explained we were only returning like she had instructed, Cynthia was very rude and dismissive towards us but still assisted my niece anyway. I believe it would be in the DMV's best interest for Cynthia to receive additional customer service training to help ensure all customers are treated with professionalism, respect, and clear communication.

In…read moreaddition to the actual sport itself and the fun we had, we traveled extensively with the team and with the fundraising, pretty much all expenses were paid. We traveled annually to Eugene Or for Track City USA Track Meet. We traveled to Seattle, Vancouver BC, Omaha NE, Greenville, SC, Buffalo, NY, Miami, FL and Maui Hawaii, and all over CA and NV. Two of my kids competed in the Jr. Olympics, one of them participated in 4 or 5 of them and took the regional GOLD medal in the Pentathalon. Their association with PAL showed them what they could accomplish with hard work and dedication. At the end of the day, the track and field yielded my son a full scholarship at a University and instilled a great sense of pride in our daughters. This is a great sport, which is supported by a great group of people at PAL. Too many names to mention, buy you know who you are! I'll post pictures soon.

We have over 35 drivers who have trucks all over the country. And for the past nine years, the drivers donate money annually towards a local non profit during the Holiday Season. Even during these difficult economic times, they dig deep into their pockets because they know that there are those that are less fortunate. They also know that the owner of our company, matches their donation. So for the past two years, we've been able to "gift" the Suisun City Fire Department with a 4 figure gift. We then get a shopping list from Joyce and the wonder folks at Code Three Fire & Safety in Suisun who coordinate the whole deal. The very best part? Following the brigade of firetrucks manned by those awesome firemen and the Big United Van Lines Truck and going out to Travis AFB to hand out gifts. I can honestly say that this is one of the most rewarding days of my life. To see the tears of joy and appreciation on the faces of the children and families as they see their wishes granted is something that everyone should get a chance to experience. I know alot of people aren't aware of the number of military families who live below the poverty level and are doing the best they can to make ends meet. So, hats off to the men and women of Suisun City Fire Department, the Fire Cadets/Volunteers, the great folks at Code Three Fire & Safety in Suisun, the Drivers at Chipman Relocation's and all the other businesses who get together and make this all possible.

On my first visit, I waited in line only to be told the computer systems were down. One month later same thing happened after waitinh in line not to mention I took time off work, drove 20 miles, and waited again -- only to be informed that the systems were down for the entire day, with no estimated time for resolution. In today's environment, it's reasonable to expect some form of communication, whether through a website update or alert, before customers take time off and travel to the office. A simple notification could prevent a great deal of inconvenience. Additionally, a more professional and empathetic approach from staff would make a difficult situation easier to accept. I hope the DMV can improve both its communication and customer experience moving forward.

After filling out all my info on their computer I was told to scan a barcode at the entrance which failed to work. Again I wait to speak to an employee. Finally after the guy at the window couldn't scan for an appointment #, he gave me one. The wait thereafter was only about 15 minutes. I was there a total of 1 hour due to lack of direction by staff. Napa DMV is still faster than other towns. PS...I tried previously to schedule an appt, but their website is as difficult to navigate as their office.
