I called and made an appointment. When I arrived and checked in for my appointment, I was informed there was a $3 fee if I had not brought my own nail file with me. I was not informed of this information when I made the appointment and I did not see it listed anywhere in the shop. For a basic pedicure and cat eye gel polish (plus the charge for the nail file), it cost $67. My feet feel nice and my nails look pretty good, but the expense seems excessive and the nail file charge feels deceptive and chintzy. read more

I had asked for more pressure, but no, there was no foot massage. I didn't ask how much a BASIC gel pedicure would be which was probably my biggest mistake. All said and don't I go to pay and she says $62. SIXTY TWO DOLLARS. I didn't have my own nail kit which was an extra $2. Still dumb founded by the price. I tip the man because that's what you do, so I paid $72 fucking dollars for a gel pedicure that was shit. Kill me now. He doesn't paint the very tip end of the nails either. We are on vacation from Idaho. One of my acrylic nails broke and I didn't want to walk around for the rest of the trip with a wonky nail. We called a few places in town to see if they could fix the nail while we were driving through the area. Nobody was able to do it. My Husband found solar nails online, we called and they told me I could come right in and get it fixed. The young man fixed my nail and did a very nice job taking the time to make sure it matched all of my other ones. Because I'm not from Oregon, I did not have the special Oregon nail kit with me so he made sure I had one of those and charged me a very reasonable price for the whole package including the good company! i went here for a quick fill for prom, they didn't even fill them all the way and the lady was rude until she watched me fill the receipt out and tip her. My nails are missing chunks of polish and didn't get the glitter i asked for. i filed them down more when i got home because they were bumpy and slanted. i got the mother and she was yelling and angry the whole time. She was very rough and took 2 hours to fill and paint my nails. The other people seemed nice and genuinely happy. Absolutely the worst manicure I've ever had. The woman who worked on me was older, and clearly didn't care about what she was doing to my nails. I might have been able to get over her poor customer service if she hadn't torn up my nails and skin. She cut my cuticles to the point that they bled (I am not a bleeder) and buffed my nails so much that I barely have any nail left. She also carelessly buffed over my skin, which contributed to the bloody cuticles. The shape of my nails is different on each nail, extremely inconsistent and uneven. I tried to show her what I wanted but she didn't seem to care. I got one color shellac polish with no art, and the quality is poor. It was clear from the beginning that the outcome would be bad, and if I could go back in time I would have just stopped her then. I will never go back to this place. read more

Unfortunately, I was not pleased with my visit after being recommended by family to go here while I was visiting from out of town. My daughter and I went to get our nails done, I got a full set and my daughter got regular nail polish. She is 5 years old. I have never paid this much for my nails EVER and I have gotten my nails done in multiple big cities (big cities always charge more). Based on their prices online a full set is $50, and a regular nail polish is $12. I paid $75 for my full set, which doesn't even look like what I wanted, is uneven, and not shaped like my natural nail bed. I then paid $20 for my 5 year old daughters regular painted nails! The tech spent maybe 5 minutes with her! I recently got her nails done in Eugene at a very expensive salon and it was $10 for her gel nails! For $95 I expect to absolutely love my nails, have them be completely perfect and at least be offered water while I got them done. I was way overcharged! I would never go back. read more

I had was left with a set of nails that wasn't finished after visiting anothr salon and having a terrible experience. This happened on a Saturday which I know is a busy day. Despite not having an appointment (no walk-ins), they said they coud finish my nails so I wouldn't have to go home to rip off the tips after finishing the current client. I was extremely reticent about making an appointment for a side by side pedicure, but I'm so glad I did. When we explained that this was my companion's first pedicure, they explained a lot more about what they were doing and helped her understand what was expected of her (which no one ever did for my first, and I felt incredibly stupid). They were professional, respectful, and friendly, including us in jokes and friendly teasing among the staff. They clarified that the callous treatment would be an extra $5 before they even started the pedicure. My feet haven't been this soft in YEARS, and the polish is perfect. She hit the nail brush at one point with the end of the hose and debris (umm gross not sure what it was) flew everywhere, all over my legs, pants and lap. Not OK. I asked her to please stop and she scowled at me and said ' I'm cleaning it for you". ok no. 6. when it came time to pay- the only reason I paid was that the end product was good, polish looked nice feet felt good, I guess the rock banging helped- nobody came to the register to check me out. The man explained she was outside and would come in a minute...never came. finally he opened the door and yelled something to her and sighed heavily and came to check me out. 7. I was overcharged what was listed on the price sheet. I mentioned that and the man just stared at me and repeated the price. I paid and left no tip. still, the lady had not returned. I booked a side by side pedicure before a fun trip with my daughter. Very quick and unsatisfying service. My tech was called away to do nail art so I received far less "attention" than my daughter. Neither tech seemed to look down very often so both of us felt lots of rough patches and jagged nails. All employees seemed more interested in quantity vs quality. If I could give any advise to anyone it would be to NOT go to this nail salon. It was the worst experience I've gone through. The prices were extremely high and they kept trying to nickel and dime me for "everything". I got a simple fill for a French acrylic set and I was charged twice as much as compared to other locations. The customer service is terrible! The male who did my nails literally only said one word to me throughout the one and a half hours that I was there. He had a rude attitude, I didn't feel welcomed at all. Lastly, the nails were the worst. I could've easily done a better job myself (and I'm not licensed). They were very long, uneven, with many bubbles and rough edges. One nail had a hair across it! I immediately went back and asked that they fix everything and they ended up charging me $5 for that! Please do NOT go there. It's appalling how unprofessional they were.
